The Piccadilly line today • 210 million passengers / year • Over 700,000 passengers / weekday • One of the busiest on the network, with the oldest trains and signalling • Yet one of the most reliable • Key link between central London and Heathrow • Single greatest carrier of passengers through the West End • This performance is unsustainable with current assets - upgrade during 2020’s 8

A new Tube for London This includes ensuring that our next generation of upgrades – which includes the Piccadilly line – provide greater capacity, faster, more frequent and reliable trains. 12
Piccadilly line engagement Why are we engaging? • We regularly engage with our customers in order to have a dialogue about a specific issue or set of issues. • We have looked at and made changes to stopping arrangements at Turnham Green a number of times in the past and we want to know if there is something which hasn’t yet been considered as we review our stopping arrangements. • Every response we receive is being analysed 13

What happens to my feedback? • Each response is being analysed • Suggestions will then be considered • A new review of the business case for stopping arrangements at Turnham Green is being carried out • Findings will be published in a conclusions report later this year
