Formerly known as LaureLive, Cleveland's only annual contemporary music and arts festival has a new name and a new location. WonderStruck in Cleveland moves to its new (and bigger) home, Lakeland Community College, in the gorgeous Cleveland suburb of Kirtland. For the very first time in its five-year history, Cleveland’s music festival will offer onsite parking and room for as many as 20,000 festival goers per day. WonderStruck is scheduled for July 24-25, 2021, with additional dates held in September should there be a delay in reopening this summer. The festival grounds sit on 400 acres of outdoor, open-air, rolling wooded countryside. This property has hosted many major events throughout its history, including training camps for the Cleveland Browns and Cleveland Cavaliers, and performances by the Cleveland Orchestra. The WonderStruck lineup will be announced in April, and festival fans can expect a similar musical vibe to the previous five years. The 2021 lineup will feature the biggest acts in the history of the festival - with artists boasting a combined monthly listenership on Spotify of over 150 million people.
WONDERBUS WonderBus is a two-day festival celebrating music, art, food, and social change. The 2021 edition will take place August 28-29 on The Lawn at CAS, adjacent to The Ohio State University campus. The WonderBus lineup will be announced in April and includes many chart-topping contemporary music acts, featuring some of the biggest names in Pop, Alternative, Jazz-funk, and Jam. In addition to national and international acts, WonderBus will also promote several local artists from across Ohio and bring in some of the best bites in Columbus for the foodies. In collaboration with CAS, WonderBus, has forged a strategically important relationship with The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center and its Department of Psychiatry & Behavioral Health. The WonderBus/OSU/CAS partnership shines a bright light on mental health awareness. Through the power of music, the festival showcases the many stories of success and resiliency that exist in our community. The past year has not be easy for anyone, and this year’s festival is more important than ever as a sign of getting back to “normal.” A portion of the festival proceeds are delivered each year to The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. WonderBus, CAS and our fans, sponsors and featured artists are making a real and meaningful difference in OSUWexMed’s effort to be a leading voice in suicide prevention and treatment center for an increasing number of mental health cases.
