R EN TAL GUID E L IN ES RENTAL GUIDELINES • A $100 security deposit is required for each gym or room rental. • The security deposit for fields is $200 per field. • Submitted applications take approximately two weeks to process. • Tables and chairs are provided. • Full payment is due 7 days prior to the rental date, 2 weeks if paid by check. • The alcohol permit fee is $220. Four hours maximum is allowed for consuming alcohol; only beer, wine and champagne are permitted. Additional supervisor is also required. • Rentals with an alcohol permit will require two building supervisors to be present at $12/hr each. Applications for facility rentals will be accepted as follows: Season Start Date Fall (Sept. 1 - Nov. 30) July 1 Winter (Dec. 1 - Feb. 28) October 1 Spring (March 1 - May 31) January 1 Summer (June 1 - August 31) April 1
FAQ S Can we decorate? Yes, decorating is allowed. Any materials/decorations brought in must be removed at the end of the rental. No decorations may be taped or tacked to any wall, door, window, light fixture, drapes or any other surface in the room/facility. Can I have alcohol at my party? Only wine, beer, and champagne may be served with the purchase of a $220 alcohol permit. See rules and regulations where alcohol is requested. How many round tables are there, and what size are they? ~ 35 round tables (5 ft.) How many rectangular tables are there and what size are they? ~ 20 rectangle tables (8 ft.) Is a refund issued if I cancel? Can we rent after regular business hours? C E RTIFICAT ES O F I N S U RAN C E Following are general guidelines in determining when we will require a Certificate of Insurance that names the Addison Park District as additional insured, as well as under what circumstances this requirement may not be necessary. If an event or activity involves one or more of the following circumstances that fall in the REQUIRED column, a certificate must be submitted prior to the rental date.
