REFUNDS:
Given only in cases of injuries. Club coach/owner must submit a written physician’s document stating that injury
prevents athlete from participating in regionals. Document must be submitted to Kathy Stuenkel, District Chair, prior
to first day of competition. If it is approved, refund, less $10.00 processing fee will be made payable to the athlete’s club
and mailed to the club within two weeks after conclusion of the Regional meet. Please include with the document the
mailing address where refund is to be sent. The resort is adjoined with the Ocean Walk Shoppes, with an array of restaurants, entertainment and shopping. Beach sports abound just steps away from the most famous beach in the world. Swim in the warm waters of the Atlantic Ocean, ride beach bikes along the water or just rent a chaise lounge and relax on the sand. The heated resort pools are located on both lobby and 5th floor along with a children’s pool. Also offered is a full service in-house spa for a complete R&R experience. Check-in time: 4:00 pm, check-out time: 11:00 am. This resort is located directly on the beautiful beaches of the Atlantic Ocean. It features spacious rooms, a full service restaurant, oversized heated pool, children’s splash park, hot tub and fire pits. It is located approximately 2 miles from the Ocean Center Convention Center, site of the Regional Championship. Enjoy beach front activities, shops, restaurants and attractions along A1A Atlantic Avenue, which are within walking distance.
