These Supplementary Regulations shall apply to KNSW Sanctioned Events together with:
• Current KNSW Guidelines (“KNSW Guidelines”) to Reduce Covid-19 (Coronavirus) Risk at KNSW
Sanctioned Events; and
• Covid-19 Safety Plan for Coffs Harbour Kart Racing Club in effect as at the Meeting Date.

Each Class/Division must have a minimum of six (6) Entries to constitute a Class/Division
Entrants MUST be 40 years of age as at Friday 11th June 2021.
ENTRY FEE(S):
The Entry Fee for each Class / Division at this Meeting including GST is as follows:
Seniors: $240.00 (Includes Event Polo Shirt)
Second Entries: $100.00
ENTRY PROCEDURE:
Each Entry for this Meeting may be made using the KNSW MyKarting Portal.
Payment of the Entry Fee can be made as follows:
Via the Portal - Using your Credit Card: Visa, Mastercard or by EFT (Direct Deposit).
The Clubs EFT details are: Coffs Harbour Kart Racing Club, BSB: 533 000 ACC: 145563
(Always use your Licence number for reference).
For any credit card payments a processing Fee of $2.00 will apply.
C. MEETING FORMAT
FORMAT OF GROUP/CLASS/DIVISION RACING:
Unofficial practice will be held as per the timetable. The Grid Marshall will schedule
Practice the order of all groups/ Classes/Divisions.
Each Group/Class/Division will be given two (2) seven (7) minute sessions.
Qualifying There will be an 8 minute Timed Qualifying sessions at this Meeting.
Race Laps Grid Determination
Heat 1 10 Laps Grid will be as per Qualifying position
Heat 2 10 Laps Grid will be as per Qualifying position
Heat 3 10 Laps Grid will be as per Qualifying position
Heat 4 10 Laps Grid will be as per Qualifying position
Pre-Final 14 Laps Lowest points total from all Heats to Grid 1, next lowest to Grid 2 etc
Final 16 Laps Lowest points total from all Heats to Grid 1, next lowest to Grid 2 etc
Final only counts
The distances above may be increased at the discretion of the Organising Committee in
conjunction with the Organising Club.

The race format for any Class/Division which is over-subscribed up to 200% of the Track
density, will simply see the Class/Division randomly split into two groups. Each group will
race the Heats and be assigned finishing points, as per the meeting format.
POINTSCORE SYSTEM:
Finishing Position Points: (click/select the system used)
☒ Zero points system (0,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15,16,17,18,19,20, etc)
DNF will receive Field +1 points, DNS will receive Field +2 points,
DSQ will receive Field +3 points.
TROPHIES & PRIZES:
Trophies/awards will be determined by Final Only counts.
Trophies/awards will be presented to the first 3 places in each Class/Division.
Other prizes and awards may also be presented at the discretion of the Club/Organiser.

E. MEETING CONDITIONS
CONTROL FUEL:
Control Fuel Will be used at this Meeting.
4SS Classes may use BP 95 Unleaded or Premium 98 Unleaded fuel.
All other Classes will use BP Premium 98 Unleaded fuel only.
The fuel will be purchased from:
BP South Service Centre Pacific Highway Coffs Harbour NSW 2450
The Fuel may be purchased up to two days prior to the Meeting.
Proof of purchase of the fuel must be retained and produced to the Chief Scrutineer if required.

F. CLUB/TRACK REQUIREMENTS
MEDICAL SERVICES:
Any Medical assistance that is required outside of the operating hours when Karts are not on
the Race Track please contact 000. The address to give to the Emergency Services is:

RACE TRACK ENTRY:
Once Karts start moving and the Outgrid gate(s) are closed, there will be no further entry of
Karts, persons or equipment to the Race Track, until the completion of practice/racing and all
Karts are stopped.
KART RETRIEVAL:
Retrieval of Karts is at the discretion of the Clerk of Course.
Pit Crew must only enter the Race Track area when permitted by the Grid Marshall or Clerk of
Course, and then only if wearing a HIGH VISIBILITY Safety Vest or Clothing on the upper
torso.
ANIMALS:
Subject to the applicable laws which may govern the access of animals, no animals are allowed
anywhere within the Track precinct, other than Registered Service Dogs.
OTHER:
No dumping of Fuel or Tyres, please make your own arrangements.
No unlicenced driving of motor vehicles permitted at the Track.
No Kart engine starts any day before 8.00am or during Drivers Briefing.
Overnight camping Is permitted on the grounds $10 pp per night please book in.
Please keep the Ambulance gate/entrance clear at all times.
COVID-19 REQUIREMENTS:
The event shall be conducted in accordance with KNSW Guidelines and Coffs Harbour Kart Racing
Club’s Covid-19 Safety Plan in place at the time of the Meeting Date.
Scrutineering, Drivers Briefing and Drivers Sign On shall all take place electronically
The event shall not be authorised to commence until the Chief Steward and Clerk of the Course
(jointly) complete the KNSW Covid-19 Race Day Checklist.
