DTA®:Web iPath Handling DTA Log-Off Web iPath controls are visible when servers have been disconnected, giving agents a clear indication when DTA® has been logged off. TM TM
OUTBOUND™ Dial Planned Calls Module This feature will add ‘undialled’ records and ‘active records’ to the ‘Dial Planned Calls’ module, giving supervisors the ability to see the total number of call records in the Outbound campaign. TM TM
OUTBOUND™ Real-Time Counter This feature gives Administrators a real-time view of any contact/records that have not yet been processed/contacted (and have not yet expired) for an Outbound campaign. TM TM
OUTBOUND™ Specified Preferred Agent This feature enables administrators to specify a preferred agent for a contact. The agent who handles the initial outbound call to a contact is assigned as the preferred agent. All future outbound calls made to the same contact are handled by the assigned agent. TM TM
INBOUND™ ‘Unavailable’ Agent Status for Unanswered Calls If a call is not answered within the answer time-out period, agent status will automatically change to ‘unavailable’. This feature is configured at the Service Type level. TM TM
VIEW™ Reporting Enhancements Reports will not generate when it takes over 2000000 seconds (~23 days) to run them. TM TM

OUTBOUND™ Changing CLI Displayed This feature enables agents to choose which telephone number they want to be displayed as their CLI when calling a customer. Agents who work in a multinational organisations will be able to choose the local number to display when calling customers living in the local region. TM TM
INTEGRATE™ Viber Viber is an instant messaging and voice over IP application with more than 900 million active users worldwide. Integration with this application will see agents increase the use of communication channels in the DTA. TM TM
VIEW™ Flash Replacement Currently, in VIEW™, charts and animations use Flash. This will be replaced by HTML5, improving on ease of use. TM TM
storm® storm CONDUCTOR A new, user-friendly interface is being developed to enhance the agent and supervisor experience. Through fully refreshing the overall design of the storm UI, this new look will ensure that complex configurations are simple to implement and change, as well as easing transitions between modules. TM TM
