Vaccination Update • April staff survey indicated approximately 94% of all staff either fully or partially vaccinated; • Equivalent proportions across levels; • Continued collaboration with partners to facilitate staff and student (16+) vaccine access;v • Access Meijer Pharmacy vaccine registration by texting COVID to 75049; • Access to Osco Pharmacy vaccine availability via https://www.mhealthappointments.com/covidappt; and • Coordination with DuPage County Superintendent and DuPage Regional Office of Education.
● 5th to 6th grade - Elementary and Junior Highs are working together to plan a virtual introduction from the principal and in person tours this summer for incoming sixth graders ● 8th grade “Moving On” ceremonies - all End of Year Junior Highs are working on similar formats for in person Moving On Transition ceremonies for 8th grade classes. ● 8th to 9th grade - Both High Schools are Activities planning to have incoming and current 9th graders in person to acquaint them with the buildings, extra curricular activities and other opportunities. ● Graduation - Both High Schools are planning for in person graduation ceremonies.
Criteria for Alternate Learning 2021-2022 Students with Severe Illness (EC-12): Students who are at risk of severe illness will be given the option of an alternate learning structure. This will require a formal written request v and medical documentation. The school-based Instructional Support Team will review this documentation and meet with the family.
