                       (min 15pax)

Come down to gymeabowls and
     enjoy a relaxing day of
    Barefoot Bowls, the great
 outdoors and a refreshing drink
            in hand!
Barefoot Bowls days can be a fun day for Birthdays, Hens /
  Bucks Days, Corporate Bowls Days, Christmas Parties or
          simply a get together with some friends.

    All parties include tuition and guidance from one of our
     experienced staff who can assist you with all your needs.
   Parties must be booked at least one (1) week in advance.
   You may choose to wear socks, flat soled shoes, thongs
    or bare feet.
   Bowls Parties can be held most days dependent on
    greens availability.
   Barefoot Bowls Party Food Packages available.
   We hope to see you enjoying your next get together at

             (Minimum age for Bowls is 15yrs)

Conditions
                            BOOKING REQUIREMENTS

               A deposit $180 is required to secure your booking
 Outstanding payments, final numbers & catering must be received no later than 7
                                    days prior.

                                            Cost
                  $12.00 per bowler for bowls hire, tuition & green fees.
               Cash, cheque and all major credit cards accepted (no AMEX)
                                      Days and times
                  Days and times are dependent on greens availability.
                                         Footwear
                       Socks, flat soled shoes, thongs or barefoot
                                           Attire
   Players are to dress in neat and tidy attire on the greens, and club’s surrounds.
                         Whilst in the club you must wear shoes
                           men are not allowed to wear singlets
   It is your responsibility to ensure that all your guests are advised of these dress
                                             rules.
                                        Cancellation
All monies (excluding catering) are refundable if gymeabowls cancels the event due
      to weather conditions, or if the booking is cancelled no later than 7 days prior to
                                          bowls party.
                               Responsible service of alcohol
         Gymeabowls supports and promotes the responsible service of alcohol
          All guests must sign the club’s bowling registration sheet upon arrival
                              Bowls party hosts responsibility
    You are also responsible for any loss or damage to any property belonging to
     gymeabowls, sustained as a result of the booking and will be paid for by you the
                                              host.
                                        On the day
   On arrival please make yourself known to bar staff who will advise the barefoot
      bowls coordinator. The bowls coordinator will escort you to the greens to assist
                                  you with your bowls party.
