VACCINE UPDATES
11 YOU MUST HAVE AN APPOINTMENT TO GET THE VACCINE. To reduce crowds and minimize exposure to the virus, do NOT go to a vaccination site without an appointment. We are making appointments available as the District receives doses from the federal government. Go to vaccinate.dc.gov to register to receive an alert from DC Health when more appointments become available.
12 In Washington, DC, we nearly doubled our vaccine burn rate last week from the week before. Because of high demand as well as DC Health’s success in getting the vaccine out to those who are eligible, the District is calling on Operation Warp Speed to increase DC’s vaccine allotment.
