IMPORTANT INFORMATION
PAYMENT FOR SERVICES
If your NDIS plan expires before the supported holiday and
your new plan does not include enough funding to cover the
NDIS portion of the holiday, this will be payable by the
participant. Additional expenses that are not included in the
Participant's NDIS plan are the responsibility of the
Participant and are not included in the costs noted above.
CANCELLATION OF SERVICES
Cancellation by Finding Yellow
There may be occasions where supported holidays need to
be cancelled or rescheduled. Such circumstances may
include: changes or cancellations by holiday provider,
insufficient attendees etc. Finding Yellow will advise

as soon as possible, and where applicable, reschedule
holidays to another date.
