2 We are E-Space • The first and only company on the Georgian market dedicated to support and promotion of electric vehicles (EVs) in the country and the region; and to support the implementation of new technologies • Founded by electric mobility enthusiasts in 2016 with an aim to popularise and promote EVs in Georgia • The only company to own and operate electric vehicle public charging station network in Georgia • A multi-brand EV salon to be opened in the Rose Revolution Square in the 1H 2018
3 Why electric? Global trend: Local ecology: • New registrations of electric cars increased • Georgia is #1 country in the world in by 70% between 2014 and 2015, over 550K mortality rate attributed to air vehicles sold pollution* • Global EV deployment target of 100 million • Air pollution index in Tbilisi – 75.00 cars by 2020* (HIGH)** • Between 2013 and 2019, EV market • Hydro accounts for c.80% of expected to grow at CAGR of c.19% to Georgia’s power generation, which US$272 bn from US$84 bn in 2012 means limited damage to the environment • In many countries the share of electric cars already exceeds 1%. For Georgia 1% share would translate into 10,000 electric vehicles * World Health Organization **International Energy Agency *Paris Declaration of Electro-Mobility and Climate Change and Call to Action
4 Charging network • A network of 40 public charging stations (Level 2 22 kW) in various cities • Of which 27 in Tbilisi • One fast charger on the main highway • Chargers located at parking facilities either public or owned by shopping malls, supermarkets, shopping malls, petrol stations, real estate developers, etc • Chargers are free for customers in 2018

8 Our plans • Continue deployment of public chargers across Georgia • Offer wide range of EV products and brands • Convenient charging experience for the customers via dedicated mobile application • A mobile application will allow the customers to check the availability of EV charger at specific merchant or location and book their time for charging • More quick chargers on the main Georgian highways in 2018 • Facilitate access to home charging • Go regional
