What is the bread of life which Jesus offers? It is first of all the life of God himself—life which sustains us not only now in this age but also in the age to come. The Rabbis said that the generation in the CATHOLIC HUMOR wilderness have no part in the life to come. In the C Book of Numbers it is recorded that the people who A Beginning refused to brave the dangers of the promised land Sunday, were condemned to wander in the wilderness until they died. The Rabbis believed that the father who T missed the promised land also missed the life to H come. When Jesus offers us real life he brings us into a new relationship with God, a relationship of trust, O love, and obedience. Gracias!!! Parish Membership and Registration . A special invitation is extended to every Catholic Family to be registered as a Parishioner at St. Paul Roman Catholic Church. Registration forms can be found at the Parish Office. All adult Catholics are also invited register in the Parish. Likewise, young adults of working age are invited to register independently of their parents. This registration becomes important when your family members are receiving the Sacraments of Baptism, First Eucharist, Confirmation and Marriage. Registration in a Catholic Parish is also a requirement for those wishing to be a Baptism or Confirmation sponsor. As a registered parishioner, at the end of the year you will receive a letter from the Parish stipulating the amount of your donations which may be used as a deduction on your tax return. You may also receive a letter of recommendation for Immigration if needed. Additionally, being a member of a Parish gives one the identity of belonging to a family, in this case, the family of St. Paul Roman Catholic Church. In times of joy and in times of struggle, it is comforting to have the support of family. Being a registered Parish member assures you of that support.
