The opportunity Sponsorship and attendance at the National Rural Health Conference provides a unique opportunity to get the attention of rural medical and nursing professionals as well as representatives from the wider rural community, in one location. Delegate demographics The 2019 conference held in Blenheim attracted over 450 attendees comprising; experienced medical and nursing professionals, medical and nursing educators, health administrators, registrars, medical and nursing students. 2

CONFERENCE DINNER $8,000 + GST Limited to one opportunity The conference dinner is by far the major social function of the conference. Following the success of 2019, the dinner will be combined with the annual awards to create an exciting evening. BREAKFAST SESSION $6,000 + GST Limited to three opportunities This sponsorship package provides your organisation the opportunity of naming rights to a breakfast session being held on Saturday morning. With the option to provide your own session topic, or align your brand with a session that complements your product or service, the breakfast session will ensure you have a chance to connect with delegates and network over breakfast. Exhibition The conference exhibition will give your organisation the opportunity to promote its products and services directly to purchase decision-makers in your target market. The exhibition will take place at the Wairakei Resort Taupo. The focus of the 2021 exhibition is to create a fresh and interesting area enabling delegates easy access to connect with exhibitors no matter where they are placed in the room. Morning and afternoon tea and lunches will be served in the exhibition area to encourage delegates to spend time viewing exhibits and networking with you. Exhibition continued Exhibition allocation process Location preference within the exhibition is given to sponsors, and then site allocation will be processed in order of receipt of the completed application form. General Information Accommodation Exhibitors will be able to book accommodation at the conference hotels where competitive room rates have been negotiated during the registration process. Conference registrations For sponsorship packages that include complimentary conference registrations, you will be asked to nominate the recipient of the complimentary registration(s) in March 2021. Additional registrations may be purchased when registration opens. Internet access Complimentary wireless internet access is available throughout the venue, however if you wish to demonstrate computer software a dedicated internet line will be required at your stand, with all costs to be paid by the exhibitor. Exhibition Terms & Conditions Purchase of the stand includes one exhibitor registration. All exhibitors will be required to be registered. Registration links will be provided to the key booking contact for each organisation in early February 2021. Staff not registered as exhibition staff will not be allowed access to the exhibition. Associated companies who may have representatives on your stand should be notified to the Conference Manager.
