Social Sponsorship In a first for the WITS 2020, organisations are now able to sponsor an Aboriginal Tourism Sponsor a business operator or Young Aboriginal person to attend the Conference. Organisations can either nominate the delegate of their choice or invite Expressions of Interest through Delegate WAITOC. The WITS 2020 Organising Committee is committed to increasing the engagement of Sponsor young people as our next generation of tourism operators. For the first time youth will be advising the Organising Committee about a range of engagement activities, and areas of our Youth high interest for youth in tourism. Terms & Conditions Terms & Conditions Ÿ Confirmation of sponsorship is not final until receipt of Sponsorship Booking form and full payment Ÿ The Conference Host and the Organiser will take the upmost care to fulfil all listed benefits Ÿ All marketing material and artwork must be provided by the sponsor at the sponsor's own cost and provided to WAITOC prior to 15 January 2020 Ÿ The sponsor is responsible for any displays erected at the Conference and must coordinate with WAITOC prior to the event Ÿ Inclusions in the WITS 2020 Registration Brochure may be forfeited if sponsorship is not confirmed and payment received prior to printing deadlines Ÿ Sponsors are responsible for the security of their own equipment and materials Cancellation Policy If the sponsorship item can be resold to another company, the company will receive a full refund less administrative fees of 25% of the total sponsorship or exhibition rate. If not able to be resold, the company will be liable to pay the following fees: Ÿ 50% of the total sponsorship rate, if the cancellation request is received in writing before 30 June 2019 Ÿ 100% of the total sponsorship/exhibition rate, if the cancellation request is received in writing after 30 June 2019 Any refunds of deposits paid will be made after the Conference but no later than 30 October 2019. The company will not be entitled to any interest that the organiser may have derived from deposits made by the company. All bank charges, including senders and receiver's charges, resulting from a refund related to cancellation of a sponsorship items will be passed on to the sponsor/exhibitor.
