MESSAGE FROM THE CONFERENCE COMMITTEE
Dear Industry Partners:
It is with great pleasure that we invite your participation in the 34th Annual Caribbean Cardiology
Conference to be held July 17 – 20, 2019, in Curacao The CCS has grown tremendously since its humble
beginnings in 1986. We are now proud to represent over 150 cardiovascular professionals from over 18
territories including French, Dutch, and the English speaking Caribbean. Today our annual Conference
stands as the region’s premier internal medicine sub-specialty meeting.
We are proud that each year the Conference attracts world-class presenters and the very best of our own
Cardiovascular community, to be part of its excellent clinical and scientific programme. We are particularly
aware of the invaluable contribution made by our industry partners to the continuing education of our
members and attendees, through their participation at the Conference. In keeping with this awareness, the 2019 CCS Conference
will offer our exhibitors and sponsors three (3) hours of unopposed exhibit time, to allow attendees to meet and speak with our
exhibitors and sponsors, and to learn of the latest advances in pharmacology, device therapy, imaging, and other allied areas.
In this Prospectus, you will find a range of opportunities designed to allow industry to interact with Conference participants and
to deliver timely and relevant product and company information to the region’s leading cardiovascular professionals. We know

CONFERENCE ATTENDEE PROFILE
The Annual Caribbean Cardiology Conference is the premier cardiovascular event in the region and attracts medical
professionals from the Caribbean, the Americas and Europe. The meeting is routinely attended by 120—150 medical
professionals including practicing Clinical, Interventional and Population Cardiologists, Internists, and Cardiovascular
Surgeons.

VENUE
The 2019 Caribbean Cardiology Conference will be held in Curacao. Bookings within the room block will open in
February 2019. Exhibitors are encouraged to book within the official CCS room blockto take advantage of the group rate,

OTHER SPONSORSHIP AND ADVERTISING OPPORTUNITIES
CONFERENCE BAG INSERTS - US$3,000*
All Conference participants will receive an official Conference Bag on-site. Sponsors who select this option will have the
opportunity to connect with all attendees by placing literature inside the Conference bag (Three (3) 8.5” x 11” sheets). In
order to ensure maximum value, this opportunity will be extended to a maximum of three (3) sponsoring companies.
Inserts are to be received on-site at the CCS Secretariat by Friday July 12, 2019.
CONFERENCE PARTY- US$3,000*
The annual CCS Conference boasts an exciting schedule of social activities intended to offer our attendees the ability to
nurture lasting collegial relationships through social engagement. These activities include the Conference Party. The 2019
CCS Conference Party is scheduled for Saturday July 20, 2019. The company that chooses to sponsor this event will be given
the opportunity to place branding at the venue, as well as to brand the shuttle buses which will transport Conference
attendees to the Dinner Party venue, where this is applicable. The sponsoring company will also receive ten (10)
complimentary CCS Conference Dinner Party tickets for staff and special invitees.
CONFERENCE MOBILE APP - US$1,500
We are excited to offer the opportunity to support our meeting mobile app for iOs and Android devices designed with our
attendees in mind. Using the app, attendees can build their own schedule, download session materials (go green and save
green!), contact other attendees, and complete post-session surveys to give valuable feedback in real time. The sponsor of
the app will have their logo or branding featured prominently within the app and have the exclusive opportunity to send
notices to attendees pre-conference and during the meeting.
ADVERTISEMENTS IN THE CONFERENCE MAGAZINE
Please complete the relevant section of the CCS Conference Sponsorship Contract should you wish to have an
advertisement printed in the CCS 2019 Conference Magazine. Each participant will receive a print and digital copy of the
Conference Magazine. A digital copy will also be sent to wider CCS membership and be made available on the CCS website.

SPONSORSHIP CONTRACT
All Sponsors and exhibitors should complete the Sponsorship/ Exhibit Contract and return to the CCS Secretariat with
payment by Friday April 26, 2019. Signing the Sponsorship/Exhibit Contract represents agreement that all policies, costs and
benefits outlined in this prospectus constitute an integral and binding part of the Sponsorship/Exhibit Contract. It is the
responsibility of the sponsoring company to ensure that all individuals staffing its booth are aware of the rules and
regulations governing their participation in the Caribbean Cardiology Conference.
ADVERTISING ARTWORK
High-resolution print-ready advertising artwork in JPEG format should be submitted by Friday May 24, 2019. To ensure the
best possible representation of your brand, please contact the CCS Secretariat if you have any questions about advertising
format, orientation or resolution.
• The dimensions of the full-page advertisement are 8½” x 11” in portrait orientation
• The dimensions of the half-page advertisement are 8½” x 5½” in landscape orientation
BANNERS
Banner placement in the Exhibit area is only allowed within a Sponsor’s/ Exhibitor’s designated exhibit space. There may be
restrictions placed on the methods used to hang banners, and the conference venue may charge a fee for the hanging of
banners.
REGISTRATION
Sponsoring companies must complete an Exhibit Staff Registration Summary Form indicating the persons who will be
utilizing the registration passes entitled to the company. This Form should be signed by an authorized representative of the
sponsoring company and submitted by Friday July 5, 2019.
Each staff member MUST complete an online registration form using the code provided in your exhibitor briefing email.
Registration badges are issued only to the exhibit staff named in the Registration Summary Form AND have individually
completed the online registration form.
Exhibitor Registration includes access to the Exhibit Area, Conference Scientific Sessions, and Coffee Breaks. Exhibitor
Registration DOES NOT include lunch.
Complimentary Conference Function tickets are available to Platinum, Gold and Silver Sponsors. Additional function
tickets will be available for purchase at the CCS Secretariat. Complimentary Speaker Registration includes access to the
Exhibit Area, Conference Scientific Sessions, Coffee Breaks, and Conference Social Functions.
Sharing of single staff registrations among multiple staff members will not be allowed. Should a participating company wish
to have more staff attend than those covered by their selected Sponsorship, the additional staff members must be
registered at the applicable conference registration rate for industry personnel. Exhibit registration is designed to optimize
the ratio of industry representatives to medical professionals and allow for quality interactions between attendees and
industry. As such a maximum of 2 additional registrations will be allowed.
SALE OF ITEMS
The sale of medical devices, equipment or pharmaceutical products is not permitted in the Exhibit Hall.
OFFICIAL SATELLITE EVENTS
Official Satellite Events (OSEs) will be included in the Official Conference Programme, however access to these events will be
at the discretion of the Sponsoring Company. OSEs will be accommodated based on the availability of function space at
times designated by the CCS and will not be allowed during times designated for any official conference activity unless with
the express written consent of the CCS.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Exhibit Fees are non-refundable. In the event of cancellation the organizers are not liable for any airfare,
hotel, shipping or other costs incurred by exhibiting companies. Exhibiting companies are encouraged to take
out event cancellation insurance which would cover them in the unlikely event that the meeting is cancelled or
