MEETINGS AT TRADE SHOWS If your purchasing team is heading to a trade show, take advantage of their trip and our close relationships with suppliers to set up a program of B2B meetings. Here’s how it works: We will work closely with your sourcing/purchasing team to help you identify the right companies that match your sourcing needs. We will go broad and extend to our non exhibitor database to make sure you don’t miss any business opportunity while you there. You will review and select the companies you would like to meet with. We will set up B2B meetings with the selected companies during your trip. After the meetings, Business France can remain your sole point of contact to centralize communication and follow-up with the companies you met. BUYER TRIPS TO PRODUCER SITES Visiting a supplier’s site of production is a great way for a small team of purchasing professionals to get to know a new partner in depth. We take care of everything from planning the trip to finding the suppliers with the most potential: Working closely with your sourcing/purchasing team to find the right company that will match your criteria’s. We create a complete travel program to meet with every manufacturer you deem promising. You can opt to travel to every production site or have the suppliers come to you at a central location. MINI TRADE SHOWS Hosting a mini trade show will bring the suppliers you are interested in to you. In addition to being a quick and efficient way to meet with a large number of companies, this format allows all strata of decision makers within your organization to meet with new potential partners. We will work closely together to find the perfect supplier for you then, we will submit a catalogue of potential companies for you to review and select the one you would like to meet with. The participating French companies can be selected to supply a distinct category, a line of private label products, a new store concept etc. Business France will take care of logistics and organization related to the event including delivery of samples and space rental if needed. After the meetings, Business France can remain your sole point of contact to centralize communication and follow-up with the companies you met.
