Formula 1 Paddock Club 2021 Early Bird Tickets
Welcome Dear Guest, We are pleased to inform you that Formula 1 Paddock Club tickets are now on sale for a selected number of 2021 European Grand Prix events. These prices are at a reduced rate and are available until 30th November 2020. In these uncertain times we understand that you may need some time to make-up or change your mind. Thanks to Formula 1 and their temporary change to their Cancellation Policy, we have been able to offer you a 100% refund if tickets are cancelled on or before 31st December 2020. Paddock Club Details e all need something to look forward to in 2021, and we’ve got just W the ticket. J oin Renault DP World F1 Team in the Formula 1 Paddock Club for an unforgettable experience. With a choice of a 2-day ticket (Saturday & Sunday) or a 3-day ticket (Friday – Sunday), guests can enjoy a closer look and feel into the world of Formula 1. t this time, we are unable to confirm the type of Paddock Club A hospitality that will be available to you. However, whether there are virtual experiences or an activity that you are more familiar with, Formula 1 will do their best to provide you with a world-class experience. We will also do our best to provide you with additional Team activities. addock Club will be located in the pit building, above the Team garages, P with fantastic views overlooking the Pit Lane and start/finish line, it’s the best place to soak up the atmosphere. For a limited time Paddock Club tickets are available at the following events: • Formula 1 Grosser Preis Von Osterreich 2021 • Formula 1 Magyar Nagydij 2021 • Formula 1 Belgium Grand Prix 2021 • Formula 1 Azerbaijan Grand Prix 2021 • Formula 1 British Grand Prix 2021 • Formula 1 Grand Prix De France 2021 NB: The dates of these events are still unknown.

TICKET SALES PLEASE NOTE
• Tickets are issued as an individual pass allowing different guests to be invited • All tickets will be invoiced in US Dollars ($)
on individual days. • VAT is not included in the ticket price
• Tickets are non-transferable and can only be issued to one guest per day. • Payment must be made upon receipt of the invoice.
• Each person entering the hospitality facility requires a ticket including children. • Once the booking deadline has passed tickets will not be available until next year.
• Guests without a ticket will not be permitted to enter the facility. • Contractual Tickets are not available in this offering.
• Booking cancellations must be requested before 31st December 2020.
Failing to do so will result in the original Ordering & Purchasing Policy and
your refund request will be denied.

Booking & Cancellation Process For ticket bookings please use the GPT website as normal https://www.gpt-worldwide.com. Your Account Manager is on standby to help if you have any issues logging in. Please note that as these tickets will be purchased this year our Ordering & Purchasing Policy remains the same as the 2020 Ordering & Purchasing Policy (click here) except for the following changes: O nce an order has been placed you will receive an email confirmation as normal but the invoice will not be sent to you until 1st December 2020. The Total fee must be paid upon receipt of the invoice. You may cancel your booking before or on 31st December 2020 for 100% refund if your request is received on time. As most companies close for Christmas and New Year we would advise that any plans to cancel tickets are made on or before 18th December 2020 to avoid missing the deadline date. To cancel your ticket order please send your request via email to paddockclub@uk.renaultsportracing.com keeping your Account Manager in copy.
Additional Information The official 2021 racing calendar is expected in October 2020. Please check the dates of your selected event carefully. Should you be unable to attend the weekend of your booked event, please cancel the tickets as soon as possible and before the cancellation deadline date. Friday only tickets are not available as part of the early bird package but are expected to be on sale next year. Car, Coach, and, chauffeur passes will be available to order next year from the ticket portal. The parking ratio of tickets, which will be included in your order, is still to be confirmed. Tickets for these events will be back on sale next year following the release of the normal ticket price. Once released we will share the details of our 2021 Ordering & Purchasing Policy. Details of other Grand Prix events will be listed in our hospitality package next year. Contractual tickets are not available in this offering, but will be available from next year.
