COST: We are delighted to tell you that the club have agreed once more to sponsor camp therefore reducing the cost to members. JUNIOR STABLED £345 (Stabling and hay included) £360 if booked after 31/03/2020 We require: A non-refundable deposit of £135.00 to be paid online by 31st March 2020 Late payment after 31st March 2020 will increase to £150 non- refundable Final payment of £210.00 to be paid by 31st May 2020 JUNIOR Grass kept or brought daily £200.00 (£245 if booked after 31/03/2020) A non-refundable deposit of £100.00 required by 31st March 2020 Late payment after 31st March 2020 will increase to £145 Final Payment of £100.00 required by 31st May 2020. This is Non- refundable, unless with a valid Doctors or vets certificate, or at the discretion of the camp committee. Please note that you will need to supply your child with a packed lunch every day, but we will supply juice, cakes and biscuits. Please use the online booking system on the VAHPC website Please note: only booking forms with all online payments received by the 31st March 2020 will qualify for the early booking discount. Registration and Qualification All attendees must be current VAHPC members. All attendees are expected to have attended at least three working rallies on the pony they intend to take to camp. (Exceptions to this rule may be made by the DC /CI in extenuating circumstances, e.g. a pony going lame). Everyone must attend the camp meeting on 9th June at The Kimble Stewart Hall, Station Road, Little Kimble,Bucks HP17 0XN at 6.00 pm This is due to safeguarding, health and safety and insurance reasons. All attendees must provide a parent helper for each of the following: 1. Camp Set Up 2. Help during Camp 3. Camp Clear Up We are a small committee and work very hard so that all the children have a great time but we do need lots of help before camp, during the week and especially after camp. Camp Clear up - please circle which days Please note that this year each ride will be allocated an area that they are responsible for clearing away. On the Friday we will require the trailers to be taken to the club field at Meadle, unloaded and returned to Hundridge for reloading. The Junior Prize Giving will not take place until this has happened. On the Saturday the remaining camp site needs to be cleared with trailers taken to the club field at Meadle, unloaded and left locked and secured.
