Sanitary Protocol
(Covid-19)
Following the speech of the President of the French Republic on Monday 12 July 2021
and the declinations transmitted by the ministry in charge of sports, the Health Pass
will be implemented on the sites of the kayak polo competitions.
A. The Health Pass
The "health pass" consists of the digital or paper presentation of one of the following
three health proofs three of the following:
1/ Proof of immunisation status, provided that people have a complete
have a complete vaccination schedule, i.e. :
• 7 days after the 2nd injection for double injection vaccines (Pfizer, Moderna,
AstraZeneca) ;
• 4 weeks after the injection for vaccines with a single injection (Johnson &
Johnson) injection (Johnson & Johnson);
• 2 weeks after injection for vaccines in people who have with a history of Covid
(single injection).
2/ Evidence of a negative RT-PCR or antigenic test negative antigenic test
performed less than 72 hours before on-site access.
3/ A certificate of recovery from COVID-19 infection.
• Issued on presentation of a document mentioning a positive result to an RT-PCR
screening test or to an antigenic test carried out more than 11 days and less than
6 months before.
B. People concerned
Persons of legal age present at the competition sites.
The adults concerned are: athletes, judges /referees, managers, attendants, team
leaders, volunteers, exhibitors, all members of the organisation and spectators.

C. The implementation of the SANITARY PASS on the sites
of kayak polo competitions
Persons holding a health pass will have to report to a defined place in a time slot that
will be determined and communicated before the start of the competition. The validity
of their pass will be checked by the "Covid manager" via the QR code (or paper format)
It should be noted that individuals with proof of RT-PCR or negative antigenic test will
be required to perform antigenic tests every 72 hours.
Authorisation to access the competition areas will be validated by the signature of the
persons present on the KPI attendance sheets after verification of their Health Pass,
valid for the weekend.
For people who do not have this Health Pass, access to the competition areas will not
be authorised.
D. Reminder of barrier measures
• Wearing a mask is no longer compulsory with the introduction of the Health
Pass. However, it is strongly recommended.
• Physical distancing,
• Wash your hands regularly.
E. Reporting a positive case following the competition
If a person tests positive following a competition, the organizer at ck.stomer@orange.fr
and the FFCK at covid19@ffck.org

a hot pasta plate will be proposed at a cost of 10€ per person and a breakfast at the cost
