Entries must be submitted no later than Tuesday 13 November 2018 at 23.59
BWF HQ time (GMT +08.00)
Players can not be entered unless they already have a BWF ID-number. In case
you wish to enter players who do not have a BWF ID-number, please contact the
BWF office well in advance of the tournament, so that the players concerned can
get a BWF ID-number before the closing date of the tournament.
No late entries will be accepted!
Entry fees Singles: 30 Euro per player
Doubles: 25 Euro per player
Entry fees shall be paid before the starting day of the competitions to the bank
account of Turkish Badminton Federation. Payment receipt copy should be offered
to tournament office before the first scheduled match, Cash Payment is not
accepted.
The Member Association that enters a player into a Circuit tournament is
responsible for paying the entry fees for that player.
For all the players withdrawing in the time between the entry deadline and the
beginning of the Tournament the Organisers can invoice the entry fee to the

Doubles. The number of players/pairs to be accepted for the main draw is 96 in
Singles and 48 in Doubles 64 in Mixed Doubles Me

Competition K.O. system according to the Laws of Badminton and Competition Regulations of
the BWF.
Eligibility Participation is open to players of any National Association recognised by the
BWF.

Minimum entries: It is required that every event in a particular BEC Circuit tournament has at least 8
competitors. If the required number of competitors is not met, this particular event
shall not count towards any ranking.
Visa If you need Visa for Turkey, ask the Turkish Badminton Federation for the official
Invitation letter not later than 21 days before the Tournament . It is advised to
arrange the VISA in time.

Condition of play
The tournament will be played in full accordance with the Laws of Badminton and
the Competition Regulations adopted by the BWF as well as the Circuit
Instructions. Competitors must be prepared to play at the times determined for the
events for which they have entered. Competitors will be scratched if not ready to
play when called.
Clothing and advertising
Clothing and advertising shall be regulated by BWF GCR 20-24 and BEC junior
circuit regulations 13Local transport Provided by the organizer between the Ankara Esenboga International airport
and the official hotels and between the official hotels and the sports hall.
Accomodation demands and payments shall be sent directly to the Turkish
Badminton, Otherwise Organizer has no responsibility for transport of the
participants
Medical service A doctor will be present in the Sports hall during the tournament.
Drug testing Drug Testing may be carried out on a random basis at any time.
Insurance The organizer declines responsibility and covering of costs for possible injuries or
other damages. It is up to each participant to insure himself.
Accommodation
Accomodation requirements shall be sent directly to the Turkish Badminton Federation no later
