Overview This guide is specifically for use by nominated individuals who are eligible to purchase Rugby World Cup 2015 (RWC 2015) tickets as part of the Rugby Community Ticket Programme. The aim of this guide is to help you use the official RWC 2015 ticketing website www.tickets.rugbyworldcup.com to purchase tickets. This guide will explain: Browsing for matches Selecting a match Choosing your tickets Paying for your tickets 2
Step 1: Browsing for matches To find a match, you can either use the FIND MATCHES drop down in the top navigation bar, or the FIND MATCHES menu in the left navigation bar. You can browse by Date, Venue or choose to view All Matches. Browse by Date Browsing by date enables you to either view all matches taking place on a specific day by clicking on that date using the calendar, or you can select a date range to view all matches taking place during that period. Select date range Select specific date 3
Browse by Venue If you choose to BROWSE BY VENUE you will see the 13 venues that will host RWC 2015 matches. Select a venue to see all of the matches taking place there over the course of the Tournament, including the knock out stages. Select venue Step 2: Selecting a match Once you reach the match listings, you can view the teams, date, kick-off time, venue and ticket prices for each match. You can select any match where the Select button appears. If a match appears as Currently Unavailable this indicates that either you are not eligible to purchase tickets for that match, or your club/organisation’s allocation of tickets has been exhausted. Where you see this icon it indicates that child prices apply to that match at price categories C and D, subject to availability. Child prices apply 4
Step 3: Choosing your tickets Once you have selected a match, you will need to choose the price category at which you wish to purchase tickets. Then click on the icon next to your chosen price to select the number of tickets required. If a price category is sold out for your selected match, it will appear in grey and you will not be able to select it. View seat map Use up and down arrows to select quantity You will be purchasing tickets within a particular price category rather than specific seats. You can view the seat map for the venue on any Select Tickets page for an indication of where seats in each price category will be located. Your specific seat details will be confirmed later in 2014. At this stage, if you require a wheelchair space, please call us on our free phone number 0800 230 0000 to purchase your tickets. Our Customer Service Team will be on hand to process your order. It is our ambition where possible that all tickets for people who require wheelchair access are priced at category D regardless of their location within each of our venues. All wheelchair customers will receive a personal assistant ticket at no extra charge. Please note that spaces are sold on first come first served basis and are subject to availability. Once you have selected the number of tickets required, add them to your basket. If you have accessibility requirements but do not require a wheelchair space, please continue with the online purchasing process. You will be able to notify us of your requirement before your purchase is finalised. 5
From there you can choose to continue shopping, or proceed to the checkout if you have selected all tickets you wish to purchase. Please note there is a 4 ticket limit per match applies. Step 4: Paying for your tickets On the payment page you will see a summary of your tickets, and also have the opportunity to edit or delete some or part of your order. Before submitting your payment details, ensure that your billing and delivery address is correct (tickets can only be dispatched to the billing address of the card). Edit order Delete tickets If you need to amend your account details, you can do so by selecting MY PROFILE in the left navigation bar. 6
Before submitting your payment you will be asked whether you wish to make a charitable donation, notify us of any accessibility requirements, and agree to the terms and conditions of sale. Once you have done that you can submit your order. If you check the box to notify us that you have accessibility requirements we will contact you after you have completed your purchase so we can find out more about your specific requirements. Step 5: Confirmation Once your payment has been accepted you will see the confirmation screen which will summarise your purchase, as well as your customer and transaction reference numbers. You should also receive a confirmation email to your registered email address. 7
