All prices are exclusive of VAT and are calculated according to the 2021 price list and the discount agreements currently available for the respective objects. This agreement applies to the above-mentioned objects for the advertisements of the client and its group companies. The Agency shall inform the Advertisers of any reductions in revenue and fees (e.g., agency commissions, discounts, discounts in kind) to the extent that it is legally obliged to do so. Media service invoices will contain the following or a similar addition Revenue and fee reductions are granted in accordance with the valid price list or a separate agreement. Credit memo documents for payment of revenue and fee reductions will contain the following or a similar addition: We will invoice in accordance with the agreements existing between us regarding reductions in revenue and charges.
