● AERIES will be the way both WMS and the district will reach out to families. ● Log in to AERIES to view student schedules. Complete and update any emergency contact information during AERIES your first log in to AERIES. Information ● Student schedules will be available on AERIES this Friday the 14th. ● Instructions for updating passwords here.
Technology Information ● 1:1 ipads ● Need technology support? ○ Assistance on campus Thursday the 13th 9:00-12:00 ○ Or please fill out help desk form ■ Technology Helpdesk
First Day Zooms ● 7th Grade Monday the 17th ● 8th Grade Tuesday the 18th Teachers will send the Zoom link to students via Aeries Communication. In the school year, students will access Zoom links through Google Classroom.
Distance Learning 2.0 Schedule What does a typical day look like? Wednesdays- Asynchronous ● 8:00 -12:00 pm Periods 1-4 Monday and Student Day Thursday ○ Teacher check-in with students ○ Asynchronous independent ● 8:00- 12 pm Periods 5-7 & HR Tuesday student work to total the required and Friday instructional 240 minutes ● Small group intervention, IEP meetings and parent teacher collaboration time.
