Exhibitor Programme
The Conference, the ninth in the series organised by the LBMA since
2005, provides a unique opportunity for companies which service
and support the technical staff in the assaying, refining and casting
of precious metals to promote themselves and their products by
displaying their products in the exhibitors’ area.

Hilton London Tower Bridge 5 More London Riverside, Tooley Street, London SE1 2BY The hotel is located within walking distance of The Shard, Borough Market, Tate Modern and the Tower of London and is a 5 minute walk from London Bridge station. The Conference takes place over two and a half days. It begins with a welcome and networking reception on Sunday evening with the formal plenary proceedings beginning on Monday.
Exhibitor Package
Package Fee:
• Members and GDL: £2,250 (+ UK VAT)
• Non-Members: £2,700 (+ UK VAT)
Package Includes:
• Booth shell (dimensions: one branded wall 3m wide x 2m)
• Booth Build, Dressing and Dismantling
• One Complimentary Full Conference Registration
• Additional Booth staff members: £300 (ex VAT & terms apply) per
person (2 maximum)
• Additional roll up banner and small table to use during the Sunday
evening Cocktail Reception, located in the Hotel Bar.

• Complimentary Lunch on both days*
• Welcome Reception and Conference dinner*
*Please note this does not include access to the main Conference Plenary Sessions

• Should Social Distancing measures be in place, location of Cocktail Reception may change.
Booth Map Package Includes:
Excellent exhibitor space, located outside of the main plenary room,
within the same area as the lunches, coffee breaks and Friday
cocktail reception. Superb visibility for promoting your products and
services to the steady flow of delegates passing through this key area.

Booths will have a free-standing back wall that can be fully branded
and printed 3M wide.
We will arrange the printing on receipt of the image/file to appear on
the wall.

Exhibitor Specification

• Standard 13amp power supply to provide power to 2 devices
• Wi-Fi internet, shared with all attendees
• Access to set up from 13:00, 14 March
• Access to tear down until 20:00, 16 March

LBMA will continue to monitor the situation in regards to COVID-19 and will follow government guidelines. In the event that it is
not possible to hold a live event due to certain restrictions, we can confirm that the conference will proceed either as a live or
hybrid event, subject to the situation at the time. Suitable substitutions will be provided for sponsorship & exhibitor branding to
be negotiated nearer the time.
Please Note:
• No storage facilities are available within the space provided.
• Booth staff are responsible to build & tear down the exhibition stand as well as organise any shipping.
