REMOTE TEACHING & LEARNING Office 365 – Online Platform used in the school We have been online since January 11th. We surveyed students and parents to find out how we it was…results were very positive We do not want to have to go online again, but we are confident that if we have to, we can!

SCHOOL DAY Breakfast available 8-8.45am every morning 9am – 3.20pm Forty Minute Classes Lunch every day: 1.15pm-2pm Monday & Tuesday 8:00 AM – 8:45 AM Wednesday, Thursday & Friday 9am - 4pm
Please encourage your daughter to become involved in extracurricular clubs whether it is Sports, Public Speaking, Maths Club, Lamda or Debating. Helps students to make new friends and learn new skills. Homework Club is available to all first years-One Hour a day Monday-Thursday after school and helps to form good habits with regards to time management and study. We would also encourage parents to become involved in our Parents Association. It always needs support and allows a forum for parents to be involved with our school.

Assessment Reporting The purpose of assessment at this stage of education is to support learning. (Framework for Junior Cycle 2015, p. 35)
State Exams will be set, held and marked by the State Examinations Commission in June of Third Year. • English, Irish and Maths specified at Higher and Ordinary levels Assessment • All other subjects specified at a Common Level • Duration of 2 hours or less
