ABOUT FESTIVAL OF CHEFS
Festival of Chefs is an annual fundraiser presented by Goya is South Florida's
most favored culinary adventure boasting signature dishes, wine & spirit
tastings, live entertainment, and silent auction to support Easterseals South
Florida Culinary Arts High School, a vocational training program for students
with autism and other disabilities. However, due to the pandemic, the restaurant
industry has severed devastating losses over the last two years. To assist with
the resurgence of the restaurant industry, we've collaborated with various South
Florida chefs and restaurants to bring you the Festival of Chefs: Chef's Table
Series. Over the next year, we will host various pop-up dinners to raise money
for our Culinary Arts programs and increase the foot traffic to our local eateries.
For the inaugural debut on November 10, 2021, at Casa Isola Osteria, attendees
can expect a one-of-a-kind curated dinner experience, wine & spirit tastings, and
other surprises with Chef/Restaurateur, José Mendín.
OUR GOAL
During the evenings' festivities it is the hope of Easterseals South Florida (ESSF)
to raise unrestricted funds to benefit the students enrolled in the ESSF Culinary
Arts High School, a vocational training program for students with autism and
other disabilities.
WHY EASTERSEALS SOUTH FLORIDA?
Easterseals South Florida has been serving families in South Florida for nearly 80
years. Our mission is to provide exceptional services, education, and outreach so
that people living with disabilities can live, learn, work and play in their
communities. We want every child in our Head Start, early education, and special
education programs to reach his/her full potential and every adult living with
Alzheimer’s or other memory disorder—and their caregivers--to live the fullest
and most dignified life possible.

Your 100% tax-deductible support enables Easterseals South Florida , Inc. to increase funding for
the ESSF Culinary Arts High School programs and services. Auctioneers will receive recognition
on the EESF website, event-related communications, and signage; $1,000+ auctioneers will
receive special benefits including invitations to exclusive EESF donor events and two (2)
complimentary tickets to the Festival of Chefs event.
