Deposit 7 1. Participation 4. Insurance 7 The ISF World School Beach Games is open to selected teams. The ISF World School Beach Games will be organized in the following sports disciplines: • Beach handball • Beach soccer • Beach wrestling All participants in a school team must be enrolled at the same school since the beginning of the school year in which the event takes place All students must be attending schools which provide a general education. • Teams formed as part of clubs, companies, universities or other institutions. 2. Composition of the delegation Participants obligations: Head of Delegation (HoD) • Each participant is required to be present throughout the whole duration of the event. He/she may not combine the function with the role of coach or another official role. He/she shall be the sole intermedia- ry between the delegation and the Local Organising Committee, the ISF Technical Commission and the ISF Delegate. • Each participant is obliged to take part in all the non-sport activities. • Each team undertakes to compete against all other participating teams. Coach • Each participant undertakes to compete against all other participants. There is a mandatory amount of 1 coach per team. • The absence of any member of a participating team from any part of the entire sport, opening, prize-giving and clo- sing ceremonies and socio-cultural programme may result in the team being excluded from the final results. Technical Rules Each competition will be run according to current ISF and IF’s rules under the direction of the Local Technical Commis- Girls 1 1 sions. Anti-doping Dope testing for use of banned substances can take place during the competition according to current ISF Anti-Doping Rules (http://isfsports.org/sites/default/files/isf-anti-doping-rules_0.pdf). Beach handball Every team must be composed of max 10 students. If selected for testing, a competitor, if minor, must be accompanied by an adult. A country may enter a maximum 1 teams per category.. 1. Registration Beach wrestling Registration will only be possible through ERAS the ISF online registration platform (https://isf-eras.org/). No other regis- tration system shall be accepted. Country can enter a maximum of 3 athlete per weight category. Girls weight category: 50kg, 50+kg Registration phase 1 for competition shall be from October 25 to December 15, 2019. During registration phase 1 all Boys weight category: 60,kg, 70kg, 70kg+ countries will be requested to indicate the number of teams per category that they wish to enter. If the country register participants in all weight categories they are required to bring the 1 referee at least national or international category All countries are expected to pay the deposits or to reach an LOC agreement (see chapter below) by January 15, 2020. Registration phase 2 shall be open from January 31, 2020 to February 25, 2020: during registration phase 2 all countries c. Gala Dinner are expected to enter the exact number of the delegation members. A charity gala dinner is organised during the event. All Heads of Delegation are expected to take part in the dinner; Registration deadlines in addition, all adults in the delegation can attend, upon registration through the ERAS system. The gala dinner fee is 50€/person, to be paid together with the final balance. More information concerning details of the gala dinner will be provided in Bulletin 2. Fees 3. Deposit Along with the entry and in order to have access to the second registration phase, participating countries will need to a. In accordance with the rules laid down by ISF, the payment to be made to the organisers of the event will follow the rates indicated in the table below. All rates are per night. The deposit is non-refundable in the event of non-participation. Waivers to the payment of the deposit (LOC agreement), for whatever reasons, are to be discussed with the Local Organising Committee and to be agreed by the deposit pay- ment deadlines. At a minimum the insurance is to cover civil liability, material damage and medical costs. The participation fee covers full board accommodation for the duration of the event plus competition, cultural pro- gramme activities and all local transport. b.
