Location
The property is situated at the front of Maynooth Business Campus which
is strategically located adjacent to the M4 motorway exit at Maynooth.
The campus has extensive frontage on to the motorway interchange. The
M4 is the main route to the west of the country. The campus is accessed
from a roundabout at the junction of Straffan Road (R406) and the M4
motorway slip road to Maynooth.

The campus is situated approximately 23km from Dublin City Centre and
approximately 28km from Dublin Airport. The location benefits from its
close proximity to the M50 motorway which is approximately 15km to the
