When you drive through the gates of La Sirena you will realise that you have found the perfect place for your holiday.

This private estate belonging to Prince Belmonte is just south of the charming small fishing village of San Marco.
Magically positioned on the point which is named after the mermaid Leucosia (the Siren from Homer’s Odyssey), whose
grounds include the ancient ruins of a Roman fort, and the family seaside castle and chapel, this is a uniquely private
Villa.

The Villa has been designed with every guest’s wish in mind: elegance, all modern comforts, housekeeper and gardener
which all create the sensation of being at home. The interiors are light, spacious and chic with a Mediterranean touch.

The ideal haven to be with friends and family, the Villa has undergone a complete renovation. The layout of the villa
makes it perfect for large groups whilst still allowing plenty of privacy as there are 2 drawings rooms inside and 2 sitting
areas outside as well.

Details – sleeps 14 guests (in Low and Mid season the villa’s ground floor can be rented which sleeps up to 8 people)

4 double/twin bedrooms with air conditioning on the
  ground floor. All en suite with completely modernised
  large showers.

3 double/twin bedrooms with ceiling fans are located on
  the first floor (accessible via an outside staircase). These
  bedrooms share a bathroom and separate shower room.

Big well equipped kitchen with dinning for 8 guests.



 BBQ - cook some of the fresh local fish available caught the same day from the local fishing village.

Swimming pool 10m x 5m sheltered by a Roman ruin located 100 metres from the villa. The pool area has a
  changing room and bathroom.

Access to a private beach directly from the villa. Please note that this is not a sandy beach and may not be suitable
  for the elderly or very small children (there is a sandy beach 5 minutes drive from the villa by restaurants and a
  gelaterie/ice cream shop)

Bocce/Boules and ping pong table.

AMENITIES AND SERVICES

Tennis & Water-skiing: Tennis court can be rented in the nearby village of San Marco. Water skiing can be
  booked.

Bicycles available and hiking routes possible with stunning views in all directions from the villa - through the forest,
  towards the private island and lighthouse, along the seashore, or into the low hills to San Marco. (the estate is part
  of the Cilento National Park)

Access to the stunning grounds and facilities of the 4-star Hotel Palazzo Belmonte owned by your host, the Prince
  Belmonte, which is located a short drive from the villa. This includes a private stretch of sandy beach and fantastic
  restaurant over-looking the Amalfi Coast.

A wonderful cook is available on request who specialises in local cuisine.
  Menus can be discussed prior to arrival.

Fresh Organic Produce: Guests are also able to have vegetable and fruit
  from the organic garden on the property. Delicious Olive oil (sold at
  Selfridges) from the property is also provided free of charge.

Masseuse, yoga instructor and babysitter can be arranged on request.

Boats can be rented and moored in the little harbour directly next to the
  villa.

The large kitchen gives guests plenty of space to make scrumptious meals for all ages.

The terraces surrounding the villa are filled with scented jasmine, honeysuckle and bougainvillea. There are long
comfortable cushioned sofas all along the front of the house and a separate palm covered seating area with spectacular
views overlooking the sea making it a perfect place to relax and enjoy a cool drink or read a book. Candlelight and the
sound of the sea gently lapping on the shore a stone’s throw away makes this a truly romantic spot.

Outdoor dining area for 14 guests. Picture yourself having long mouth-watering lunches surrounded by beauty and
nature. Delicious local wines, fresh fish and a huge choice of amazing vegetables & fruit make every meal memorable.

The area is home to the finest mozzarella farms in Italy – tastings and visits can be arranged

In August there is a direct hydrofoil to Capri from the nearby village of San Marco, alternatively a

The Amalfi Coast including the towns of Positano, Ravello and Amalfi can be reached in under
   two hours. Private guides and tours can be arranged on request.
