INTRODUCTION

     239 Beach Road Campbells Bay was a vacant residential lot
     comprising 2246 sqm of freehold land on the clifftop over-
     looking the Hauraki Gulf when it was sold two years ago and

INTERIORS

     The interiors of these homes have been designed as an exten-
     sion of its natural surroundings, designed to blend in with

     239 Beach Road is positioned on the point above Kennedy
      Beach, capturing 180 degrees of unobstructed panorama
       that stretches from Auckland city to Whangaparaoa Penin-
         sula, Shakespeare Park and Tiritiri Matangi, with Rangitoto
