ABOUT US Peter Barbas – Experienced international businessman with strong background in property investment Storeandpark GmbH was founded in 2017, owned and managed by Peter Barbas, based in Rosbach, Hessen. The first self storage facility was opened in October 2017, starting with 22 storage containers and has expanded to over 60 containers with 75% occupancy in less than 12 months. Operations are run by Peter, while Kelly Barbas handles the finance, and administration parts of the business.
