Our students will soon be sharing more BFPS Partnership information with the Beynon Fields P.S. community about how we can take action to with 360 Kids support our partnership. To maintain safety for our community and bus drivers, please ensure you are parking on Stockbridge at a 3-metre Safety At Our Bus distance from the entrance of our bus Loop Entrance- loop. This allows our bus Entry and drivers to safely make their turn as they enter the Dismissal loop and maintain visibility for all drivers. Due to inappropriate use of Google Chat across YRDSB, the following recommendations are being implemented: ● Kindergarten to Grade 5 Elementary students will no longer have access to Google Updates to use of Chat. This includes all students in EVS as well as Face-to-Face schools. Google Chat ● Grades 6 - 8 Elementary students and all Secondary students will have access to Google Chat, with the understanding that students are expected to follow the Information Technology Acceptable Use Agreement. ADDRESSING ANTI-EAST ASIAN RACISM THROUGH CONVERSATIONS & LEARNING A THREE-PART Virtual Learning Series Addressing Anti-East Asian Hosted by NEKS (Network of Educators for Korean Students) and SEAS (Supporting East Asian Students) In collaboration with the York Racism Region District School Board • Prior to entering the school, review/complete the self-assessment as per the posted self-screening poster (COVID-19 School and Child-Care Screening Tool) • Start visit at the office and complete the visitor sign-in process with the main office staff Self-Screening Process member, which will include responding to the question “Have you completed the self-screening for Visitors to assessment?” Schools
