The Metro League made its decision to revise its spectator policy in an abundance of caution for the athletes, coaches, and community. Consistent with this new policy and in alignment with Seattle Public Schools, Holy Names Academy will not permit spectators (including HNA families) at home competitions from January 4 - 22, 2022. The League noted that if there is a relief in positive COVID cases in the community, it will, in conjunction with SPS leadership and its health services team, move into the next phase, which limits spectators to 0-50% of gym capacity from January 24 to February 4, 2022. Please note this spectator policy will be continually evaluated throughout the season and may be adjusted by the League at any time. Cougar Corner continued on page 3
