The Holmdel Swim Club is tucked away
on over 8 acres on Bailey Lane. The
property is full of mature trees which
provide natural shade and there are also
several shade structures.
The Club has chairs and lounge chairs
but members are also welcome to bring
your own.

SUNDAY, JULY 19th
The Swim Club is hosting the
Monmouth County Swim Conference Championships.
The Swim Club will open at 12:00 PM on this date
Swim Meets: TBA
if a home meet is scheduled for a Wednesday night, the main
pool closes at 4:30 pm, the rest of the Swim Club remains open (1
to 2 times)
Dive Meets: TBA
if a home meet is scheduled the Dive Tank closes at 5:30 pm, the
rest of the Swim Club remains open. (2 to 3 times)
Holmdel Recreation Summer Camp
visits the Swim Club on Fridays from 9 am - 12 pm.
July 10, July 17, July 24, July 31 & August 7th.
All facilities are open to our members beginning at 11:00 am on these dates
Swim/Dive Team Awards Night
Wednesday, July 22
The Swim Club Closes at 5:30 PM on this date.
Holmdel Police Youth Academy
visits the Swim Club on Friday August 7 & August 14th.
The main pool opens at 11:30 AM on these two dates.

Swim Team is for children 6 & up
Monmouth County Swim Conference Teams: Holmdel,
Hazlet, Marlboro, Candlewood (Howell), Monmouth
Heights (Freehold), Freehold YMCA
Meets are held on Wednesday afternoon and Saturday
mornings from June 27-July 18, 2020

PRE-SEASON: June 8 - 19, 2020 AFTER SCHOOL
4:30-5:30 PM 8 & under
5:00-5:45 PM 9/10 (summer & winter swimmers)
5:45-6:30 PM 11 & up (summer/winter swimmers)

Dive team is for children 6-18
Children must be able to jump into deep water,
surface and swim to the ladder at the side of the
pool
Meets are held on Monday & Thursday evenings
Please note meets are run by parent volunteers, all
parents will be requested to help out at meets
Please note: space on the Dive Team is limited

AU PAIR/CARE GIVER
This membership is available as an add-on to a current
Family Membership. Fee is $100 in addition to the Family
Membership fee. Au Pair/Caregiver/Babysitter must be
18 years of age or older and employed by the family
purchasing the membership. Please contact the
Recreation Office if you are interested in adding this to
your family membership
HOW DO I REGISTER?
For 2019 Members Returning for the 2020 Season
In person at the Recreation Office, Town Hall, 9 AM - 4 PM, Monday-
Friday.
By mail: send your completed application, paperwork and
payment to Holmdel Swim Club, 4 Crawfords Corner Road,
Holmdel, NJ 07733. Checks made payable to Holmdel Swim Club
Online at anytime: www.register.communitypass.net/holmdel
DO NOT bring your ID cards to the office or send them in the mail.
Just bring them the first day you attend the Swim Club during the
2020 season and they will be validated at that time.
New members for the 2020 Season
In person at the Recreation Office, Town Hall, 9am-4pm,
Monday-Friday.

Please note: All guests entering the Swim Club must be
accompanied by a member.
Members 18 & under may bring a guest provided
the guest is over 21 years of age.
Purchase discounted passes in advance of your visit:
FAMILY MEMBERSHIP* 5 passes/book (3 book limit =15 passes
INDIVIDUAL MEMBERSHIP* 5 passes/book (2 book limit=10 passes

*Sold only in groups of 5 for $40/book
Passes are electronic and loaded directly into your online account
after purchase.
Pre-paid can be purchased through the Recreation Office by
phone or in person Monday - Friday, 8:30-4:30 PM. or
through your online Community Pass account 24/7.
Please note the office is NOT open on weekends/holidays
for purchase of pre-paid passes

Non-Member party attendees $10/child

(adult or child). Pre-paid guest passes may
not be used for party.
Swim Club members are not charged but
must be included on the guest list
Pizza is ordered and paid directly through the
Snack Bar. Price T.B.D. (cash or check only)
Party Hosts provides drinks.
Party Host may bring in cake or cupcakes.
The Swim Club DOES NOT provide a party host.
All types of balloons are not permitted.
Please note there is only ONE party
scheduled per date. Parties are only
scheduled when the swim club is open
Parties are scheduled 4:00-7:00 PM
No parties on Friday nights

I understand that my participation at the Holmdel Township Swim Club is voluntary. I also understand that while every effort is made by the staff to protect the safety of all guests and members,
the Township assumes no responsibility for any injuries or accidents that occur. Each individual using the facilities is doing so at his or her risk and by signing this document agrees to release
the Township from any and all liability with respect to any injury or accident which may occur at the facilities. It is further understood that the responsibility, care, well-being and supervision of
minors is the responsibility of their parent or adult guardian and that the Township shall not be responsible for any bodily injury, harm or accident to any minor which may take place at the

Frequently, the Recreation Department takes videotape or photographs of participants enjoying programs, special events or parks and facilities. These photographs and videotapes are for the
Recreation publications, flyers, brochures. cable programs or social media. These materials are used at the department’s discretion and become its’ sole property. When registering for recreation
programs you will be prompted to respond to a question regarding a photo release. Otherwise please notify staff if you do not want to be photographed.
