    PALM COURT
    An ideal ceremony site, featuring surrounding views of the Indian Ocean
    and the remarkable indigenous forest – for an intimately romantic setting
    Palm Court provides a picturesque entrance with a grand colonial
    staircase. A sapphire blue pool and stately tall palms add a tropical
    ambience with surrounding views of the Indian Ocean.

    THANDI RECEPTION VENUE
    The Thandi Reception Venue consists of the outdoor Fountain Court,
    the upper and lower restuarants and the outdoor deck.

    IMBISO ROOM
    The Imbiso Room is perched around the Lodge’s lush forest making for
    an intimate venue for a reception. The carpeted room allows for a warm
    look and feel making it an ideal venue for a micro wedding reception.

THE NGWENYA TERRACE
    The Ngwenya Terrace is set under the shelter of the Lodge’s quaint and
    intimate open terrace with the lush indigenous forest below you and
    magnificent sea views in the distance.

    ZIMBALI BEACH
    Zimbali Beach is the perfect setting for a truly romantic and elegant
    beach ceremony, where you can exchange your vows amid the ambient

At Zimbali Lodge we are committed to pampering our guests and
anticipating their every need. Our experienced team will assist you in
turning moments into memories, while crafting your perfect day. Our
superb culinary team will be delighted to help you create your signature
wedding menu, while our Sommelier will tailor a suitable beverage menu
to match.

Because we understand the intricacies of making your fairy tale come true,
we have created a list of talented individuals who will help fashion your
magical occasion into reality. For your convenience please refer to our
preferred supplier’s list.

Food & Beverage Services
All catering is done in-house by our culinary team who have significant
experience in cuisines from all over the globe. We have a variety of menus
that cater for all types of occasions for various appetites.

Our in-house bar will also make a wide range of local and international
liquors, wines, beers, ciders, cocktails and non-alcoholic options available.
A special beverage menu can be designed for the duration of your event.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
    To secure a booking for any of the showcased venues 100% deposit is required.

    A contract between the relevant parties and the Zimbali Lodge will be drawn
    up and covers items such as:
      • Estate rules i.e. access, noise policy to name a few
      • Cancellation policy and conditions thereof
      • Accommodation
      • Food and beverage Services
      • Promotional materials
      • Storage and handling of the above
      • External contractors, suppliers etc

    Setup and breakdown times for all venues are at the venue's discretion and
    will be agreed upon with your wedding venue's coordinator discretion prior
    to and your will be wedding agreed day.

    All quoted rates and venues are subject to change and are all dependent
    quoted on rates and availability. Venue hire prices include VAT.

    Wedding packages are only applicable to weddings of 25 guests or more.
    Please enquire about our midweek rates with our wedding specialist.
    Preferred accommodation rates are available upon request and subject to
    availability and season
