1. ANNOUNCEMENT
The Moto Club CMV on behalf of the Federazione Motociclistica Italiana will organize the European
Championship Mini Road Racing 2023 at the Circuito Internazionale D’Abruzzo, Italy.
This event will be held on: from 5th May to 7th May 2023.

The length of the circuit is 1.537 mtr. for Mini Bike / NSF100, and 765 mtr. for Mini Moto classes.
The races will be run: Clockwise for Mini Bike / NSF100 – Clockwise for Mini Moto.

24. JURISDICTION
This event will be held in accordance with the FIM-Europe Sporting Code, the FIM Europe Road Racing
rules, the FIM-Europe Mini Road Racing rules (RR06) and these Supplementary Regulations.

6. CATEGORIES AND CLASSES
The following classes are part of the event:

37. NUMBER OF RIDERS ALLOWED
The maximum number of riders allowed will be as follows:
Practices Races
Mini Moto 24 24
Mini Bike 32 32
Pole Position: Left Mini Bike – Right Mini Moto
8. ENTRIES AND ENTRY FEE
Applications for entry must be made on the official entry form.
Applications must be approved by the rider's FMN and must reach the organizer before 23.04.2023
midnight. Applications after this date must pay € 100,00 extra entry fees per rider and can be refused.
The organizer will select the applications and advice riders within 72 hours after the closing date of entries
whether their applications have been accepted or rejected.
Riders must be in possession of a valid One-Year or One-Event FIM-Europe Promo Sport license and an
approval of their FMN.
The entry fee for this EC Mini road racing is € 280,00 per rider and per class.
The amount for the paddock facilities incl. electricity, water (with toilets/showers) and waste (no tyres
or oil) is included.
All entry fees must be paid via bank transfer within the registration date including name and class at the

There is no transponder rental fee.
9. ADMINISTRATIVE CHECK
The administrative checks will take place on Thursday 04.05.2023 from 16:00 to 19:30 on the race-office
building.
10. TECHNICAL INSPECTION
No rider or machine is permitted onto the track unless he/it has passed the technical inspections.
The official technical inspections will be held on Friday 05.05.2023 from 09:00 to 17:30.
During these inspections the helmet and clothing must be presented for inspection.
11. TYRES
In agreement with FIM Europe PMT Tyres is the sole manufacture allowed to supply tyres. All tyres must
be bought at the PMT Racing Service during the weekend of the race.
12. PRACTISING
It is strictly forbidden to ride machines on the circuit outside the official practice periods according to the
official time table!
Supplementary free practices on previous days (organized by the circuit owner) are not part of this event.
There will be unofficial free practice during the week organized by the circuit owner – for Mini Bikes and
Mini Moto classes.
413. RIDERS BRIEFING
A compulsory briefing will be held on Friday 05.05.2023 at the following time:
- 12.30 Min Moto - in the briefing room for Italian speaking riders;
- 12.45 Min Moto – in the briefing room for English speaking riders;
- 16.00 Mini Bike – in the briefing room for Italian speaking riders;
- 16.15 Mini Bike – in the briefing room for English speaking riders;
All riders must be present and must be accompanied by a parent, guardian or team manager. Absence to
the briefing will be sanctioned with a fine of € 100,00.
14. RACES: SCHEDULES AND DISTANCES
See enclosed schedule.
15. OPENING CEREMONY
The official opening ceremony with all riders will take place on Saturday 06.05.2023 at 18.15. Only the
riders + one national delegate shall gather in the pit lane with a national flag in front of each (country)
group.
16. PRIZES
The Prize-giving ceremony will be held immediately after the event with the first three qualified riders at
the podium. The final prize-giving ceremony will be held on Sunday 07.05.2023, immediately after the last
race finishes at the podium.
17. PROTESTS
All protests must be made in accordance with the FIM Europe Disciplinary and Arbitration Code and be
accompanied by a fee of € 350,00.
18. FUEL
There will be no fuel supplied by the organizer in the paddock.
19. INSURANCE
By endorsing the application form for entry, the FMN of the rider certifies that the rider (or passenger) is
insured in accordance with the FIM Europe requirements and declares that the rider is able to compete
in the respective class.
In conformity with Art. 110.1 of the Sporting Code, third party insurance in respect of riders and
passengers covering accidents occurring during the event including practices will be the responsibility of
the organizer. …………………………………………………….
This insurance includes a guarantee of € 170.000.
The organizer disclaims all responsibility for damage to a motorcycle, its accessories and components
arising out of an accident, fire or other cases.
20. RENUNCIATION OF ANY RECOURSE AGAINST SPORTING AUTHORITIES
Apart from the requirements of the FIM Europe Sporting Code, riders and passengers by participating,
renounce all rights of appeal against the organizer, his representatives or gents by arbitration or before a
tribunal or any other manner not foreseen by the FIM Europe sporting Code for any damages for which
they could be liable in Consequence of all acts or omissions on the part of the organizer, his officials,
Representatives or agents in the application of these regulations or contributed to or Arising out of their
actions.
