1. MEDIA ACCREDITION / REGISTRATION
We kindly ask you to supply all required information and documents to help
us in organizing the event. To guarantee a smooth process and to avoid
unintended problems at the registration office in Portimão, please
register yourself online till latest 30th of November, 2020
at http://www.rotax-ems.com/BRP?form=ACC
Media accreditation at the track will officially start on

2. REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR ONLINE REGISTRATION
Follow the “Media Guideline” which you will find as attachment. The online registra-
tion MUST include the following enclosures:

3. STAKEHOLDER COMMITMENT
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are obliged to collect datas for the DGS (Direção-
Geral da Saúde a public body of the Ministry of Health in Portugal) which will be shared
with DGS only in case of COVID-19 infections.
You will receive a link per email prior to the event, asking to fill in your contact details
and to confirm the stakeholder commitment.
The lines will be open from 11th to 21st of January, 2021.
Please follow the instructions - you won‘t get access to the event area if this is not
executed correctly.

4. MEDIA REGISTRATION ON-SITE
At the main entrance to the event area, there will be checked your picture (which
has to uploaded prior to the event!), the confirmation of your You have to show your
negative PCR-Test (not older than 96 hours) at the main entrance (there is also a
temperature measure) before you are allowed to enter the Paddock.
Detailed instructions for the entrance procedure and the parking area will be
sent by email prior to the event.
Please bring all the necessary documents with you for the accreditation and follow
the official media registration process as every year.
Media accreditation in the press-office at the track will officially start on
Sunday, January 24th, 2021 at 11.00 a.m.
5. ROTAX GLOBAL APP
The Rotax Global App is the main communication channel at the RMC Grand Finals.
It is available for smartphones with iOS and Android operating systems. Download
the App named ROTAX GLOBAL from the App Store or Google Play and select
RMC Grand Finals from the list of championships.
Although the App is self-explanatory a detailed user guide can be found under
https://www.rotax-kart.com/EVA-System/Event-Management.
ROTAX WIFI CONNECTION
You need internet connectivity to run the Rotax Global App. If your smartphone is not
already connected to the Internet via your own mobile network, you may connect to
the free Rotax WiFi network for Media.
ROTAX GLOBAL APP LOGIN
Connect to Apple Store
Start the Rotax Global App and select RMC Grand Finals from the list of
championships if not already done.
If you want to only receive notifications from a driver, add the driver by entering his
name (optional), starting number (kart number) and category (class).

5. TRACK
The track is located in the Algarve hills eight kilometres northwest
of Portimão. It is part of the ultra-modern “Algarve Motor Park”, a
multi-purpose area suited for a wide range of uses. Races of many
national and international championships on two and four wheels
took place since it opened its doors in 2008. The Kart-Track itself was
opened in 2010.
The track is 1.532 m long and 8 m wide. The main straight is appro-
ximately 150 m long and 10 m wide. The circuit is a combination of
undulating sections, many changes of direction, long corners, and a
winding infield.
