Thank you for choosing Pebble Rock Golf as the venue for your
golf day. We want to assure you of our best service at all times.

        TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF GOLF DAYS
  1) Reservation secured only on confirming of the above date by e-mail
     or fax and on receipt of the required deposit.
  2) You need to confirm the numbers of players at least 7 days prior to
     the event as we charge you for the amount of players you have
     booked. From 60 players and less we will open the field for players
     from the public to play and no shotgun start will take place but only
     normal tee off times.
  3) Deposits are to be paid on or before the date that is indicated on
     your invoice. In the event of a deposit that had not been paid,
     Pebble Rock Golf reserves the right to cancel the booking without
     prior notice.
  4) The contact person is responsible for the settlement of the account.
  5) In the event of a cancellation a 10% administration fee will be
     payable if cancelled 30+ days before event, 50% if cancelled less
     than 30 days and 100% if cancelled less than 10 days before event.
  6) The “dress code” of the club must be adhered to at al times. Players
     to be correctly dressed. No golfer will be allowed to play in
     “takkies”, normal shoes or jeans. Proper golf attire to be worn.
  7) Pebble Rock Golf has 50 carts which can be rented on the golf day.
     Please ensure that your players book the carts for the day at the Pro
     shop. Should more carts be required, Pebble Rock needs to be
     informed at least 14 days before the event. The delivery costs of

additional carts will be calculated depending on the number of carts
    added to the cost of your golf day.
 8) Please keep prizes within limits of the rules laid down by the R & A
    Golf Rules of St. Andrews.
 9) The club has no caddies or facilities for caddies. No outside caddies
    may be used. Outside golf carts are only allowed with prior
    arrangement with the Pro shop.
 10)No outside vehicles will be permitted onto the course without prior
    arrangement. A list of sponsor’s details for the holes must be mailed
    to the club no later than 24 hours prior to your Golf Day. The club
    will not be held responsible for loss of banners etc.
11) Please remind your players to repair all pitch marks and divots.
    Please rake bunkers.
12) Please remind players to speed up play. Pebble Rock Club’s
     Marshall has authority over play and must be respected at all times.
13) Turning time for the Halfway House is 15 minutes. Please adhere
     to this.
14) Soft spikes are compulsory. Players may purchase soft spikes at the
     Club’s Pro Shop.
15) The players’ and visitors’ names must be mailed to the Club no
     Later than 24 hours prior to the Golf Day, this is for security
     purposes. The players may experience difficulty entering the
     premises if their names do not appear on the list.
     Drivers of vehicles must have their Drivers license or ID to
     present to security on entrance.

16) Any player using Pebble Rock Carts must adhere to the displayed
     Golf Cart rules.
17) No food or beverage may be bought onto the Pebble Rock Golf

licensed premises.
 18) Pebble Rock cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to
      any property.
 19) Prior arrangement must be made for golfers without an official
     handicap.
 20) All accounts are payable on presentation of invoice.
 21) A beverage cart is available and beverage can be purchased on the
     course.
 22) The organizer/s is responsible to inform players of their correct
     tee off times. Players must be on the tee 10 minutes before their
     tee off time and must tee off on time.

The numbers for playing and catering purposes must be confirmed seven
(7) days prior to the event and the fee payable will be based on these
numbers.

                      NOTE TO SPONSORS

 1) All sponsors with branding must first report to Pro Shop.
 2) All branding (vehicles & equipment) must be collected on the same
    day of event.
 3) No vehicles on the course.
 4) Motor Dealer sponsors to report at Pro Shop.
 5) No liquor may be sold and no food to be given out / sold on the
    course or in the clubhouse.
 6) No food or liquor from outside allowed on the premises. Please
    contact our catering partner (Gerald 082 450 8641) in this regard.
 7) Please ensure that when making your watering hole arrangements
    that you contact Gerald for tables, chairs, ice etc.
 8) No glasses allowed on the course.
 9) Sponsors of wet holes to confirm rules with club.
10) Pebble Rock Golf kindly requests that you adhere to the above as to
    avoid embarrassment.
11) Branding on holes no 1,3,4,8,9,10,11,13,17 & 18 are allowed to
    be manned as well.
12) Remember “Guest list” for entrance purposes. All guests
    must have an ID or Drivers License on hand for signing in at
    security.
