2021 REFUND POLICY FOR VENDORS AND SPONSORS
To help ensure physical and financial safety for your organization, we have put a
generous cancellation policy in place for the Utah SHRM WECon 2021 conference.
As a vendor or sponsor:
• Cancel on or prior to May 31, 2021 - 100% Refund
• Cancel on or prior to June 30, 2021 - 50% Refund
• Cancel on or Prior to July 31, 2021 - 25% Refund
If at any time Utah SHRM, the State of Utah, or the DCCC determines that the event
will not be held due to health concerns related to Covid-19, you will be entitled to a
100% refund. At this time, you may be given the option to sponsor a virtual version of
the 2021 Utah SHRM Conference.
