The 9th Annual Travis Price Classic Charity Golf Tournament was another great success, hosting 147 golfers, 30
volunteers and over 149 sponsors. This year’s tournament contributed over $239,000 to the True North Youth
Foundation’s Camp Manitou and continued our annual support of Variety’s Camp Brereton. Over the past 9 years, the
Travis Price Classic Tournament has contributed over $2.1 million, providing a safe, fun and inclusive environment
for children and youth from all walks of life, and especially children who wouldn’t normally have the opportunity to
attend camp. This would not be possible without the generous support of our sponsors.

2015 – 2018 TOUR NA M EN T CON TR IBUTIONS Over the past four years, funds from the Travis Price Classic Charity Golf Tournament have allowed for the development or improvement of the following camp amenities: • 8 ft. indoor bouldering wall • Toboggan slide • 25 ft. outdoor climbing wall • Outdoor skating rink • Zip line • 10 individual, all-season camper • Archery range improvements cabins Camp Manitou’s facilities are designed with the development of the whole camper in mind. These physical activities improve endurance, boost self-awareness, build confidence, teach persistence and inspire patience, all through the fun of camp. 4 | www.travispriceclassic.com
PL ANS FOR THE NEXT FOUR YEARS (2019 – 2022)
Funds from the 2019 tournament will be allocated to the construction of a low ropes course and the first stages of
development of a 2.6 acre man-made lake. Projected to be completed over four years, this lake will provide a safe place
for campers to enjoy water activities such as swimming, canoeing and kayaking and will also include a beach and picnic
shelter. During the winter months, the lake will provide another spot for ice skating and playing hockey.
