1) Shoppers Stop Vouchers
• Product categories include clothing, accessories, handbags, shoes, jewellery,
fragrances, cosmetics, health and beauty products, home furnishing and decor products.
• Vouchers can be redeemed at 83 stores across 38 cities in India.

2) Lifestyle Gift Cards
• Product categories include Indian and western apparels, footwear, handbags, beauty
products, and fashion accessories for men, women and children.
• Vouchers can be redeemed at 270 stores across 80 cities in India, including Lifestyle Stores,
Home Centre stores and at select Max and Melange stores.
• Vouchers can also be redeemed for online purchases at HomeCentre.com, Lifestyle
Stores.com and MaxFashion.com

1. Points may be redeemed as per slabs listed above.
2. Gift vouchers are not transferable, replaceable or refundable (in full or part) in cash.
3. There will be no exchange of gift vouchers for vouchers of alternate denominations or part thereof.
4. Fresh gift vouchers will not be issued if stolen, destroyed, lost or misplaced.
5. For redemption of cakes, 48 hours of prior intimation is required during regular period and 72 hours
during festive period.
6. For stay redemptions, a higher category room can be booked by paying the differential on the BAR
rates between the category awarded and the category requested for.
7. All taxes, as applicable to be paid extra by the members at the time of availing the services.
8. The stay vouchers cannot be transferred or gifted to anyone. The redemption against stay can be
utilized by the member alone.
9. All hotel stays are non-refundable and certificates will not be re-validated. Stay is subject to availability
and will be confirmed 72 hours in advance.
10. Minimum 15 working days will be required to process redemption requests pertaining to hotels and
1 to 1 ½ months for gift vouchers.
11. The rewards are based on the prevailing prices. Any upward price revision or additional Government
taxes will be borne by the recipient of the reward.
12. All points accumulated must be redeemed before the final date mentioned in the closing of the
programme (30th September of every year). Any points not redeemed will subsequently lapse.
13. The Leela Palaces, Hotels and Resorts holds out no warranty and makes no representation about the
quality of the program; goods and services ordered by the program members through third parties
and will not be responsible if the goods / services are in any way defective, deficient or otherwise
unsatisfactory.
14. The Leela Palaces, Hotels and Resorts cannot accept responsibility for circumstances beyond its
control, which may cause a delay or inability to fulfil requests for the programme awards.
15. Dining related options as per the list of participating restaurants.
16. One stay cannot be extended beyond 3 nights at any of our participating hotel.
17. The Leela Palaces, Hotels and Resorts reserves the right to add, modify, withdraw or delete any of
