DAY 1 Friday 26 / Saturday 27 April 2019 Everyone would be landing in Delhi by Delhi Hotel (Aerocity) default. We will organize a day tour of Delhi Breakfast at Hotel by Bus. Everything that is highlighted in "Yellow" is being planned and hosted by us. City Tour (OLD Delhi By Bus) The guests need to pay only for their Hotel Light packed lunch rooms negotiated at special rates; which will cover Breakfast (in Delhi Hotel) & Breakfast City Tour (NEW Delhi By Bus) +Lunch (In Jaipur hotel) during the Standing Committee meeting ( 5 pm to 7 pm ) conference. Dinner at Hotel
DAY 2 Sunday 28 April 2019 We will start early for Jaipur by Bus on Sunday Early Breakfast at Hotel morning. It takes about 4 hour drive from Delhi. We Transfer to Jaipur (to start by Bus around 8 am) will reach before Lunch time and will have enough time to check-in, rest, refresh, have lunch and start Check-in Jaipur Hotel (approx. 12:30 pm) our meetings. Lunch at Hotel Working Group Meetings ( 2:30 pm to 7:30 pm) Dinner at Hotel Sunday 28 April 2019
DAY 3 Monday 29 April 2019 Breakfast at Hotel General Meeting Coffee Break On Monday the entire day is planned for General Meetings at the Hotel only. We will have the routine General Meeting Coffee Breaks, Lunch and Dinner all in the same Lunch at Hotel location and we are not planning any evening tour on Monday as the sessions might extend late into General Meeting evening. Coffee Break General Meeting Research Session (4 pm to 6 pm) Dinner at Hotel
DAY 4 Tuesday 30 April 2019 Breakfast at Hotel General Meeting On Tuesday, the entire day is "Routine" for General Meetings; but we are planning a Coffee Break traditional Rajasthani Welcome Dinner at "Chokhi General Meeting Dhani" Village, where everyone will get a chance to sample not just the traditional food but also the Lunch at Hotel local music, culture, dance, handicrafts and ambience. Next day; the first half of the day is General Meeting planned for a city tour of Jaipur by Bus (because Coffee Break it gets really hot in later half of the day; and also the Forts close down for Public viewing early General Meeting evening). Traditional Rajasthani Welcome Dinner at "Chokhi Dhani"
DAY 5 Wednesday 1st May 2019 Breakfast at Hotel On Wednesday morning; we intend to swap the Jaipur Tour by Bus: Amber Fort Conference/Tour sessions. We will visit Amber Fort, Jaipur Tour by Bus: Jal Mahal / Hawa Mahal Jal Mahal/Hawa Mahal in the first half itself; coming Lunch at Hotel back to Hotel for Lunch; followed by sessions of General meeting in afternoon. The Dinner at hotel General Meeting (2 pm to 3 pm) could "officially" conclude the GM right after the much Coffee Break delayed Research Session, and anyone/everyone General Meeting (3:15 to 4:15) having flight from Delhi the same day would be Coffee Break arranged a drop to Delhi Airport by Car/Shuttle. General Meeting (4:30 to 5:30) OR if it feels like too much cramped in a day, we could Over @ 6pm (San Research Session?) plan to have the final Research Session next day in Travel to Delhi / Agra (Optional) Same day or Agra and conclude the GM there. Next day? Dinner en route
DAY 6 Thursday 2nd May 2019 On Thursday, we will carry on with the "Optional" Early Breakfast at Hotel tour to Agra to see the "Taj". We will start early by Bus, visit Agra Fort and Fatehpur Sikri on the way Agra Fort Tour with light packed Lunch (or back in Hotel for the Lunch at Hotel concluding session over Lunch). Concluding Research Session?? In afternoon, we will visit the Taj Mahal. After Taj Mahal Tour spending couple of hours in company of the Taj, we Fatehpur Sikri Tour will start our return leg of journey to Delhi, with light Transfer to Delhi (to start by Bus around 3/6 pm) packed dinner served midway. We aim to be at Delhi- Airport / Aerocity Hotels latest by 10 pm on Light packed Dinner Thursday, so that everyone is in time for the flight Delhi Airport / Aerocity Hotels : latest by 10 pm back home.
