Price Includes: 1) Hotel Room (with bed, futon or baby crib as stated) 2) Meals 2 breakfasts 3 lunches 2 dinners 3) 2-way ferry services to and fro Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal and Bintan Lagoon Resort Payment 1) We only accept payment by cheque. 2) Please made cheque payable to “New Creation Church” and indicate the following details at the back of the cheque:- Event Name (ie, West Campus Camp 2017) Name of Participant(s) (as per registration) Contact No. of Payer 3) Please put your cheque in a sealed envelope and attention it to the campus staff. 4) Please submit your cheques at the venues to the personnel stated below:- Ambassador at MBS info counter Ambassador at Star info counter (Box Office) Campus Staff at all cinema venues Terms & Conditions All participants are required to sign and submit a digital ‘Terms & Conditions’ (T&C) form during the NOAH registration process. Parents with Children Age Group Arrangements for Children Below 4 yrs old Children are to be accompanied by a parent or caregiver at all time Aged 4 to 12 yrs We have arranged for a separate children programme for children of this age group and old these will be held concurrently as the main sessions. Parents may enrol their children in the programme and enjoy the sessions At all other time outside of the children programme, children are to be accompanied by a parent or caregiver Above 12 yrs We welcome your children to join us for the adult sessions old At all other time outside of the sessions, children are to be accompanied by a parent or caregiver Emergency Contact Please note that your emergency contact should not be a participant of this camp
FAQs 1) Who can go for this camp? • All West Campus CG members and Sunday Experience Team (SET) servers at the Star. • For CG members, priority will be given to members who are tagged in NOAH and on a first-come- first-serve basis. • Children can come along and there is no cap to the number of children. However, the number of caregiver (excluding spouse) is capped at one adult. There can be a separate room registered for children with a caregiver. 2) My spouse attends NCC but he/she is not in the CG/SET serving team. Can my spouse come along for the camp? Yes, your spouse can join the camp and is expected to participate in all the programs. If your spouse does not attend NCC, approval is to be obtained from the Campus Pastor via your leader. 3) My friend attends NCC but is not connected to a CG or SET serving team. Would he be able to attend the camp? Priority is given to regular CG members, SET servers, and their immediate family (spouse and children). If your friend is interested, please inform your leader and we will put him on a wait list. Should there still be available slots after registration is closed, your leader will inform you. 4) Can I extend the trip and pay for the extension? If yes, am I supposed to arrange for my own transport? Yes, you will have to make your own arrangement directly with the hotel to extend your stay and settle your own payment for the extension. You will also need to arrange for your own transport to Bintan (if you are going earlier) and back to Singapore (if you are going back later) and this will be at your own cost. You will still need to pay the same price for the camp. 5) For singles, do I need to find my own room-mate or will it be assigned? • If you are able to able to find your own room-mate of the same gender, you may proceed to do so. Please indicate your preferred choice of room-mate when you register for the camp. • Singles can only room with someone of the same gender. • Couples who are not legally married will need to room separately.
6) Why is the adult price age from 11 years old instead of 12 years old? The age is per stipulated by the resort. 7) After making payment, can I cancel my booking and get a full refund for a valid reason? There will be no refunds or cancellations. Should you be unable to attend the camp, you need to find replacement, equivalent to what you have registered and paid for. (Note that this is the same arrangement as per previous camps). 8) Will we have time to enjoy the facilities at Bintan Lagoon Resort? Do we have to pay to enjoy the facilities? What is the currency used? It is mandatory for all campers to participate in all the planned camp programs and activities. Should there be a Free and Easy session, you may use this time to enjoy the facilities at the resort. Please note that the camp program differs for each campus, therefore please check the camp program before you plan for any personal activity. There may be costs incurred for the enjoyment of the resort facilities. The program will be released to you nearer to the start of the camp. 10) Where and when should we report on the first day of camp? The meeting point will be at Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal. We will advise on the reporting time when we send out the camp program. 11) What happens if I miss the camp ferry to Bintan? You may take the next available public ferry at your own expense. 12) Would the church be conducting Renewal of Marriage Vows and Water Baptism at the camp? If yes, how do I register for it? Yes, we will be conducting Renewal of Marriage Vows and Water Baptism at the camp. The registration link for these events will be sent to you after the registration is completed and confirmed. 13) Who can I contact if I have further questions?
