Flights We recommend not booking your flight back before 6 pm Sunday night from Bordeaux.
Shuttle Shuttle organised from airport Bordeaux Mérignac to golf de Bordeaux-Lac and official
hotels Mercure and Novotel.
Shuttle set between Thursday 3pm and Monday 12am. Schedule available in clubhouse.
Organisation can create waiting line.
Shuttle services available from Thursday afternoon (depending on needs) to Monday
morning given the package reservations.
If you want to use shuttle, your flight details must be communicated later one week before

Hôtel official hotels are:
- MERCURE BORDEAUX LAC : 5 minutes from golf club
- NOVOTEL BORDEAUX LAC : 5 minutes form golf club
Training day tee time and cart reservation for training day must be done before play by phone at this
number: 05 56 50 92 72
Practice Driving range is free for players only, grass areas are prepared.
Manual trolleys manual trolleys are available for players, we thank you in advance for bringing them back to
the clubhouse after play.
Caddy caddy on demand if you cross the information on entry form
Golf carts carts will be shared by two players, medical pass determines your possibility to play with
cart.
Official schedule Official time is set by clock in the clubhouse, in the recording office and on the first tee. This
time is reference for the pace of play.
Tee times tee times will be Saturday and Sunday from 1st and 10th tee.
Remise des prix Price giving ceremony will be given in the clubhouse, Sunday may 27th, it will last 30 mn,
starting after last tournament flight has arrived.
Opening Clubhouse and locker room will open one hour before first tee time.
Activities Different activities will be possible for accompanying persons like Bordeaux city center or
vineyard visit.
Information is available at clubhouse. These activities are apart from tournament
organisation, no shuttle available for it, you will need to organise it by yourselves.

Breakfast They will be served at official hotels.

Restauration Clubhouse restaurant will be open during tournament and serving dishes starting at 10€
(outside package).
Gala gathering Gala cocktail and buffet will be held inside hospitality area near the clubhouse and green 18.
It will start a 7:30 Saturday may 26. The cost is 30€ for Players without package (reservation
before Wednesday 23).
Dinner for dinner at hotels, reservation must be made at hotel desk
Rooming
Rooms Rooms must be freed before midday, day of departure. If not freed the room will be charged
if it can’t be sold the night after.
Conditions of participation

Championship is open to players with amateur status and professional status having medical pass.
(medical pass obtention : https://www.ffgolf.org/Jouer/Handigolf/Medical-Pass-et-usage-de-la-voiturette-pour-les-
joueurs-en-situation-de-handicap ) and from every nationalities with golf index below or equal to 26.4
Maximum players registered is 70
If registrations go over 70, the choice is made by golf handicap in order and by golf carts availabilities.
5 spots are reserved to wheelchair players, if this number is not filled, spots will be freed at closing date with
registration delay given.
Categories of players
1ère Série : Index below or equal to 4,4 Stroke Play
2ème Série : Index between 4,5 and 11,4 Stroke Play
3ème Série : Index between 11,5 and 18,4 Stroke Play
4ème Série : Index between 18,5 and 26,4 Stableford

Registration
Registrations must be made later on Friday April 25 at midnight _ limited index is 26.4

French federation reserves the right to accept or refuse a registration.
Engagement fee of 15€ per player from EDGA member country, and 25€ for non-member country to be paid during
online registration.
Fee is debited just when registered.
Prizes
Souvenirs are offered by FFGOLF to 3 first GROSS and the first NETT players from category 1 ,2, 3
And to 3 first nett winners of 4th category (category of minimum 8 players)
Jean Claude Baviere Trophee will be for best GROSS French player considered French champion.
Medical certificate
Each player must have a medical certificate before start of the competition stating no contraindication for
competitive golf competition.
This certificate is not a medical pass, it does not indicate your minimum handicap necessary for playing in
an EDGA event.
For players not having their certificate yet, please find a sample enclosed, a copy should be kept with you

Added night stay at hotel shall be paid at reception ( 95€ per single with breakfast and 105€ per shared room with
breakfast)
