Nomination and Application Information Nominations to be sent to csong@estp-paris.eu First semester (Fall): June 14th Nomination Deadline Second semester (Spring): November 15th First semester (Fall): June 30th Application Deadline Second semester (Spring): December 1st https://estp.alcuin.com/portail/61/ Application Website A step-by-step walkthrough is sent to the students after their nomination. o Passport o Transcript of records (higher education) o CV / Resume Application Documents o Language certificate (French and English levels – official Test/Diplomas or School certificate allowed) o Other documents (all combined in one file – optional) o ID-type picture (jpeg or png format) They are issued after the student has applied to ESTP Admission Letters Paris and got accepted by our Committee (maximum two weeks after the application). Course Information English curriculum: A2 in French, B2 in English Language French curriculum: B2* in French, A2 in English Requirements * Students with levels A2 or B1 can attend the French (recommended) Language for Engineers Summer program. Curriculum Find our French and English curricula here. French Language classes are available once or twice a week, Language Courses according to your level (worth 2 ECTS). o Exchange students validate a course with a minimum 10/20 grade. Grading System o Degree-seeking students must validate all course modules with a minimum average of 12/20 grade per module. Find our grading scale here. CVEC is a national fee paid by students every academic year. This contribution is "designed to promote social, health, cultural and sports support and assistance for students and to reinforce health CVEC prevention and education actions aimed at students" (Article L. Student and 841-5 of the French Education Code). Campus Life Contribution Academic Exchange Students from partner universities are exempt from CVEC. All degree-seeking Students (Double Degree included) have to pay for CVEC here. ESTP Paris has a great number of student clubs and associations. Student Clubs “Hi Student” club is helping out International students and organizes events as well as the ESTP Paris Buddy Program.
