TOURNAMENT & OUTING PRICING
Prairie View Golf Club provides pricing options based on the day of week that you choose. All packages include the services described below, green fee,
golf cart and range, $10.00 prize fee per player in the PVGC Golf Shop to be used as a merchandise prize fund.

LIVE PRAIRIE PACKAGE: $200
• Mobile scoring via the Golf Genius mobile app
o Groups receive instructions and individual group codes prior to the start of the event. Our team will help each group log on as
needed and make sure they are comfortable with the technology.
• Electronic leaderboard and tournament results at your reception site
o Results are displayed on large televisions and scroll through all participants in the event .
One player from each group will download the
Golf Genius Mobile App, enter their group’s
unique URL located on their scorecard, and
enter their team’s score after each hole.
As your groups finish and enter the banquet room
the LIVE Leaderboard will be up to the second!
Players can also access this Live Leaderboard
during the event thru the app in real time.

GENIUS PRAIRIE PACKAGE: $500
You have more important things to do than answer a bunch of phone calls or check endless emails! Whether you Let us handle your golfer registration
for you, or you’re very organized and enjoy handling your own registration… It’s time to add value to your sponsorships. Choose this package to show
your sponsors you’re worth every penny… From registration to reception, you’re ready to modernize your entire event, raise more money and make a
lasting impression on your golfers and sponsors. You’ll feel like a genius!
• Custom website for golfer registration, sponsor registration, and any other tournament add‐ons (raffle tickets, mulligan
packages, etc).
• Payments processed online through your own Stripe account (Or Prairie View will process your registrations to net down
your final invoice)
o 3% credit card processing fee applies
• Mobile scoring via the Golf Genius mobile app
• Mobile app page ads with custom logos per hole to match hole sponsorships (up to 54 logos per event included)
• Mobile app banner ad with custom logo or message displayed at the bottom of mobile scoring throughout the event
