PICK UP LOCATION:____________________________________________ In order to ensure that set up is smooth for you, here are some things to keep in mind: • The Frontiers of Flight Museum has a kitchen with limited workspace and water, but no refrigerators or freezers. • The dock area for unloading your desserts and supplies is on the north side of the building. Volunteers will be available on the dock to help you unload and for set up and break down of your table. There will be carts available. • Access to the dock will be from 3:30pm to 6:00pm April 6 with final set up by 6:45pm. Guests start arriving at 7:00pm. • You may bring promotional materials and decorations for your table. • Plates, napkins, forks and spoons are provided by the No Tie Committee. They are involved in the community at ASD by participating in Residents Councils at each facility and serving as voting members of the agency’s Board of Trustees. • ASD’s four apartment communities are licensed by the Texas Department of Health and are located in North Oak Cliff near Methodist Medical Center.
