                     Campaign Prayer
Lord God, Heavenly Father, our refuge and our strength, we ask
that you be with us in our endeavors, for we remember if the Lord
does not build a house then in vain do its builders labor.
Assist us in our efforts to celebrate the foundation of our
ancestors as we walk this, our earthly faith journey. As we move
into the future, we continue to engage in the work you have
entrusted to us.
We ask that you come and visit us, O Lord, and bless the good
works that have begun in you. This we ask through Christ Jesus
our Lord. Amen.

Proud of Our Past, Building Our Future Capital Campaign. Only
through the participation of all parishioners can we achieve our
goals. Please continue to pray for St. Paul’s as we move forward

Do you have a favorite soup you like to make?
An easy casserole? We are looking for a few
folks to provide a simple supper for our Lenten
series. Figure on about 30 people; a free will
offering will be taken to cover the cost of the
groceries. Speak with Fr. John or Jennifer Westermann if you
would like to assist with our own “Feeding of the Five
Thousand”. Makes 30 sound easy now, doesn’t it? There is a
sign-up sheet on the table in the back of Church.

      Support the American Cancer Society
Daffodil Days are coming, so get yours ordered
by Sunday, March 1st. Daffodil Days are an
opportunity to join the American Cancer Society
in saving lives, celebrating lives and leading the
fight for a world with cancer. Dollars raised
               support ground-breaking research, patient services
and other lifesaving programs. Through the daffodil, one of the
first flowers of spring, this campaign brings a symbol of hope
to cancer patients and those affected by the disease. A sign-up
sheet is at the back of the church. For more information,
please see me or give me a call me at 607-761-0386.

         Shrove Tuesday Pancake Supper
               Tuesday, February 25th, 6 PM
As is tradition at St. Paul’s we will be
holding a Pancake Supper on Tuesday,
February 25. This is a longstanding
tradition in the church as a way to use up
heavy, fatty foods before the Lenten Season
begins. All are welcome to join us. Bring a friend or two. A
free will offering will be taken.

                    Lenten Program
This year’s Lenten Program will feature guest
speakers. We will eat at 5:30 PM, immediately
after the 5 PM service in the chapel. The series
will be held on Wednesdays during Lent and
begins on March 4th. We still need cooks to
prepare a simple supper - the sign-up sheet is
on the table in the back of church. More details to follow in the
March Epistle.
