Registration fees NZIBS March Training Day 2018 NZIBS Member Registration Earlybird Member MTD Fee 2018 $299.00 plus GST Registration Full Price Member MTD Fee 2018 $399.00 plus GST Non Member Registration Earlybird Non Member MTD Fee 2018 $359.00 plus GST Registration Full Price Non Member MTD Fee 2018 $459.00 plus GST EARLYBIRD REGISTRATIONS OPEN ON THE 1 DECEMBER 2017. Earlybird registrations will run from 1 December 2017 – 31 January 2018 only. (valid only if payment is made before the 31 January 2018) Standard registrations will apply from 1 February 2018 – 23 February 2018 Registrations close on 23 February 2018, or until sold out. There is limited seating available. All registrations are made online, via the NZIBS March Training Day 2018 tab, on the NZIBS website. Please select the online banking payment option and or the Credit Card payment option. An invoice and or receipt will be generated by the Institute Secretary. Novotel Airport Hotel NZIBS March Training Day 2018 1. NZIBS and Novotel Airport Hotel Responsibility a. Novotel Auckland Airport and NZIBS do not accept any responsibility for damage or loss of property left in the hotel prior, during, or after an event, as the case may be. We recommend delegates arrange their own insurance. b. The delegate is responsible for the risk and transportation of all equipment that is brought into the hotel by the delegate for the conduct of the conference. c. The car park of the Hotel is a public car park and the Hotel and NZIBS is not responsible for any theft, damage or loss to any goods that may occur within the car park. 2. Smoke Free Environment a. Novotel Auckland Airport has a no smoking policy throughout all indoor areas including conference rooms as per the Smoke-free Environments Amendment Act 2003. Designated smoking areas outdoors will be advised by the Conference Operations team on arrival. 3. Emergency Evacuation Scheme a. The Fire Service Act 1975 and Fire Safety & Evacuation of Buildings Regulations 2006 provide that our venue must have an approved evacuation scheme operating at all times. Emergency Evacuation Procedures including your nearest emergency exits and emergency assembly appoint will be explained later in this programme. 4. Health and Safety a. Under the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015 Novotel Auckland Airport has a responsibility so far as reasonably practicable to ensure the health and safety of workers, guests and others. To enable us to meet this responsibility all conference delegates must comply with hotel employee instructions and must report any accidents or near misses incurred whilst on site. 5. Car parking a. Complimentary Car parking is available to our conference day delegate guests; Guests must park in the short term uncovered “A” car parking area which is situated opposite the international terminal behind the hotel. The hotel is unable to exchange the exit tickets should Delegates Park in the short term uncovered “C” premium car parking spaces situated in front of the hotel. b. Complimentary day delegate car parking in short term uncovered “A” is up to 12 hours. Car parking from 12-24hrs is $41.00 per vehicle paid at airport machine. Please note Auckland International Airport has introduced a 90 min area within the short-term uncovered “A”. The hotel nor NZIBS will not be held responsible for any ticket loss. Should guests lose their parking ticket, please contact the Auckland Airport, a charge may be applied by the Airport. 5
Terms & Conditions NZIBS March Training Day 2018 1. All prices indicated in this document are exclusive of GST 2. All registrations are made online, via the NZIBS March Training Day 2018 tab, on the NZIBS website. Please select the online banking payment option and or the Credit Card payment option. An invoice and or receipt will be generated by the Institute Secretary. Your receipt acts as your ticket and entry to the NZIBS March Training Day 2018 event. 3. To be eligible for the NZIBS Member registration rate, you need to be a current NZIBS full, transitional, retired and or a student member. 4. NZIBS Members and Non Member Early bird special registration fee and payment closes on 31 January 2018, no extensions or until sold out. Any payment after that date will be subject to the full registration fee. 5. All other registrations and payments close off on the 23 February 2018, 5pm or beforehand, no extensions or until sold out. 6. The registration fee covers the NZIBS March Training Day 2018, morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea, networking session at the end of the day (welcome drink & canapes), and the March Training Day programme only. 7. Last day for payment is Friday 23 February 2018, 5pm. After this date your registration will be cancelled. 8. If you have a dietary requirements these will need to be provided in writing prior to 1 March 2018. Please ensure you enter this into the dietary requirement section when registering online. The hotel is unable to accommodate your dietary requirements if advised on the day or a week prior. 9. No refund will be given for any cancellations after registrations have closed, 23 February 2018. Substitutes are welcome. 6
