Friday, January 8, 2021 FALL SEMESTER GRADES AVAILABLE We hope you all had a great first week back! Please be aware that Fall 2020 Semester grades will be posted today, Friday, January 8, for all grade levels. High School Families Fall semester grades will be available to students and parents in Aeries beginning at 1 p.m. today, Friday, January 8. If students were enrolled in an academic dual enrollment class with Citrus College this past fall and have successfully submitted their grades per the directions previously provided, those grades will be reflected in the student’s transcripts as well. Middle School Families CSArts-SGV conservatory grades are available in your DUSD Aeries portal for viewing. The Aeries portal at your academic institution will be the place to view your official transcript, which includes your academic and conservatory grades. Aeries vs. Schoology Please note that the Aeries portal provides students and their parents with progress and semester report card grades, including the Fall 2020 Semester grade report. A student’s official transcript is built over time, made up of semester grades. CSArts-SGV does not mail home grade reports, but they are viewable to high school parents and students on the Aeries portal at familysis.sgv.csarts.net. If you do not have an Aeries account or have forgotten your password, please contact CSArts-SGV Tech Support at techsupport@csarts.net for assistance. Schoology, on the other hand, provides day-to-day and week-to-week assignments, updates, and grades. Fall 2020 courses, with the exception of Advanced Placement (AP) courses, will be archived in Schoology on Sunday, January 10. Students' Spring 2021 courses are already in Schoology and active. Please direct questions regarding grades to the specific teacher. If you have not signed up for Schoology, please contact Nicole Read at nicole.read@sgv.csarts.net to attain your parent access code. Instructions for creating a Schoology account are located on our website here.
